MIKE'S & SAPPIO'S HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

My blower was doing funny things on my old furnace so I called around and got a couple of bids. Mike & Sappio's was a good value and Kevin was great to work with on the installation. It was quickly done, no mess left after install and worked flawlessly. Very happy and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Called and received excellent service same day. Price was very competitive and Kevin did a great job. Will now use Mike's and Sappios every time.

to get a new heating and air system, I went with Mike's & Sappio's and they did not disappoint! Very happy with the service!

I want to share a little about what good customer service is all about.

About three weeks ago, our daughter's AC went out at her house. She has a home warranty and had utilized it before with some success. The AC guy (from the home warranty company) that came out pretty much told her that she is sticking bandaids on something that needs surgery, so we began the hunt for a whole new unit (ac, furnace and outside unit). She had a choice to go with the home warranty and get the cheapest install with the cheapest equipment or get a cash out where she can pick her own contractor and get reimbursed $2000 towards a new unit.

Enter Bill Rector from Mike's & Sappio's Heating & Air Conditioning. He met me at our daughter's house and spent close to an hour going over what's been done, what needs to be done and what everything would cost (unlike another contractor who literally spent less than 10 minutes there after making me wait an hour and a half!).

However the catch to all of this is that the home warranty company wanted a pre-authorization with an itemized invoice prior to any work being done before they'd consider any reimbursement. Most contractors hate working with home warranties and Bill is no exception, but Bill and his staff have helped our daughter jump through all the hoops required so that she will be able to be reimbursed the $2,000 from the home warranty. Bill has gone above and beyond in every aspect and we're confident that the install will be just as professional and the quality will be top-notch.

If you're in the Wichita area, you cannot go wrong with Mike and Sappios Heating and Air Conditioning. He's created a lifelong customer in our daughter and we'll also be calling him for all of our needs.

Kenneth the installer was clean, punctual and explained in detail. I had new AC and Heat plus some duct work done. He even has maintenance contracts to keep it all tip top shape. Very thankful for that. Very happy customer!
Would be great if they had an emergency repair number for after hours.

Just had this company out for a A/C seasonal "check-up" today and WOW was I impressed! Bill was a treat. Helped my non-mechanical mind wrap around a few things I was clueless about and gave great tips and advice on the ominous future for when my dinosaur of a system eventually passes on. My eyes may have glazed over a couple times but he didn't talk down to me like I was dumb. I'm just a few years into home ownership and I am very happy to say I'll stick with Mike & Sappio's from here on out.

The best HVAC company I have dealt with hands down. My 30 year old furnace went out and needed replaced. Had a couple of other companies come out for quotes. Other companies tried to push things on me that I didn't need or want. Called Mike's and Sappio's. They were out to the house that morning and gave me a quote for exactly what I wanted. They never tried to push anything on me or sell me things that I didn't want. Their warranty was by far the best out of the companies I had quotes from and price was the most reasonable. Decided to go with them on the spot. They were able to come out the next day and get the unit replaced. Installation looked great when it was finished. Mike's and Sappio's will be my HVAC company from now on.
