High Standards Heating and cooling

My furnace stopped working and I called High Standards hoping they could help. When no one else could get me approved they got me approved for under 200 a month for a brand new split unit of central heat and air. They cams out the next day to install it which was on good Friday. The workers both were extremely polite and nice. They also removed my old unit out of the house for me. I highly recommend them. They offer fast service and great prices.

Came home from work to a warm house. Cool air was on but outdoor unit wasn’t working. Called Calib of High Standards and he came out late in the evening and fixed my unit within minutes. Great pricing, quality service and he actually cares for his customers. Thank you High Standards!

High standards is pretty much your best go to here in eastern KY. I spoke with Calib yesterday which was a sunday, rare to hear from hvac guys on those days right? Not with High Standards. his communication was very polite, informative, and professional, and to top it off he had a technician at my house at 8:30 this morning getting me rolling cold again. Just as calib was, his technician Jared was very polite, professional, and informative in solving the issue and making good solid reasonable listings for future maintenance of my unit. Good gentleman, great work, and reasonable prices.

This company is very quick to answer any and all questions that you may have. Very professional employees and take time and patience with the work they do for their customers. I would highly recommend them to everyone and would trust what they say. Owner of the company is so nice and will take time to help with all questions customers might have. They said the work would be done in 3 days and they kept their word , our new system is so nice and works extremely good . Thank you to everyone in this company that had a hand in helping us , We really appreciate you for everything that was done to help us 😊

I have been using this business for a while. They have been outstanding in the all the work they have performed. We had an old unit that they serviced. A new thermostat put in. Have had them work at my home several times and always very satisfied. They are very professional and quick to come out. We had a Freon leak that was difficult to locate. High Standards employees came out promptly when I called. The came out two days in a row to make sure my leak had been found and was not having any more issues. Calib and his crew was great to work with. They did a great job without costing me an arm and a leg. Thank You Calib and High Standards for your great work.

The only high standards about this company is the name. They didn't show up to the appointment they made so they rescheduled and guess what they didn't show either. They don't bother to call to let people know. The receptionist is a total joke she didn't even care she said to just cancel the appointment and look for someone else. What the heck?. I don't know what kind of company is this but they have no professionalism whatsoever. Don't waste your time with them!
