No one wants to hear they need a new A/C but we’re thankful the previous owner of our home led us to Workman. They are small enough to provide personal & professional service but large enough to respond quickly. Steven presented a repair option but took the time to explain & show us why it might be a short term solution to our 2008 unit. We now have a new system with a great warranty and confidence Workman will be there should we ever have a problem. I would highly recommend Blain and his team.

I recently had a new Amana air conditioner unit installed by Workman Heating Cooling Geothermal and heating system maintenance done as well. The workers did a great job installing the unit, we’re friendly and professional. They were punctual and quick to answer questions. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up perfectly! Just have to say, Blain Workman and his crew have saved us from both the sweltering heat and the frigid cold. When our AC went out last Summer, they came the same day and it was fixed before I got home from work. The parts and labor were reasonable, and I didn't feel taken advantage of. Then this last week when a part went bad on our furnace, they were able to get it fixed before the upcoming winter blast - they even gave us space heaters to get by until it was fixed. The service person was great. He did a professional job and cleaned up completely when he was finished. He even came back to check for gas leaks at no charge.
The cost was fair and they follow a flat fee schedule, which means you don't get ripped off. They installed a mini-split system in our upstairs area, and they were able to hide all the components to make it look good from outside the house. The other company (I won't name them here) we got a quote from was going to wrap all of the component wires around our gutter on the outside of the house! I trust Workman to do an honest job, the right way, and done quickly. I recommend them to all my friends.
