Brendon Epperson was a great service technician. I’m very pleased with his work. He is polite, respectful and knowledgeable.
A little disappointed with the office. Was charged for a part that was not the issue. The first technician (not Brendon) that came to work on the repair missed the problem and ordered a part that wasn’t what was needed to be replaced. Brendon came out after that and quickly diagnosed the real issue, ordered the correct parts and installed them. I’m pleased with how nice both technicians were.
I do not believe I should be charged for this part.

It took 2 weeks from the time we called until the unit was repaired. I understand that the part was ordered. On 4/25/23 we had a tech come by but the incorrect parts were received. He tried to get the correct parts on 4/25 but was unable. I called to see when he would be coming by on 4/26 as I thought he would be here in the morning and I was told we were on the schedule. Someone from the scheduling dept was supposed to let us know his schedule and we never heard from anyone. I had to call to find out what was happening. We have had no heat in our downstairs for 2 weeks. It was pretty cold on several days.

Brenden Epperson did a fantastic job. I would certainly recommend him for any jobs. He is calm and gets the job done as quickly as possible. None of my aggravation was his fault.

Overall job was completed to our satisfaction.

I had recently noticed a different smell in the house. It was found to be excessive moisture from under the house. I had a dehumidifier installed to take off that. Wayne Hawk was very professional and efficient in my dealings with him. All over the phone. He kept me up to date and very informative of what he had found and the solutions he offered. Thanks Wayne for all your help.

Hot water heater went out. I set up appointment. Tech called back immediately. I shared code with him. He told me over phone that his repair would not work and I needed a new water heater. I said i lived by Lowes and he said pick it up and replace it on Saturday morning at 8 am appointment. He called and said on way and i said I will have it when you arrive. A different tech showed up and said they did no install other water heaters but, called a manager and said they would make an exception and John was very polite and did great. My issue is they charged me $900 for a little over an hour labor to install and ask me what I wanted to do with the old one as it was just a gas valve hat went out? Yes, I feel taken advantage of as it was a weekend and we had no hot water. I would be cautious of this company. Selling you things you do not need and $500 an hour seems pretty excessive. Live and learn. However i have hot water

The installation of the furnace went just as the retail sales agent had indicated. It was a very smooth transition from removing the old and installing the new unit. They cleaned up afterwards and checked both the heat and cooling to make sure all was working perfectly. We are very satisfied with the job snd would recommend the service to anyone needing hvac services.

Our contract came with the extended maintenance plan and we look forward to continuing this business relationship.
