Very thankful that they were able to come out to us in 45 min after calling the guy who helped us was Josh he is very respectful and knowledgeable at what he does! We could flush wash clothes, dishes or shower without our laundry room flooding and he fixed our problem and told us how to prevent it in the future. I love how they let you know any extra fees before proforming whatever task needs to be done. THANK YOU VERY MUCH YOU DID A GREAT JOB AT SUCH AND INCONVENIENT TIME

Chris came on time with a colleague and patiently interacted with my home warranty upon request. I was able to leave him in my home while I went to take an exam with no worries. He completed quality work, left a clean space afterwards, and was very responsive the entire time. Thank you Chris Moss!

He arrived at about 1120 and told me what needed to be prepared and told me the total. He said he had everything he needed in his truck. He went out to get it and returned 1 HOUR LATER. By then I had called the company who said the dispatcher was unable to locate him and that he may have gone to get supplies or parts. I told them he said he had everything he needed in his truck. The company said they would call me back after they figured out where he was. They never called back. Like I said an hour later he came back like he had only been gone for a few minutes and never acknowledged the issue. He completed the repair pretty quickly but this situation was very strange.

So I am updating my review. I have changed my five star rating to a 1.

Here’s why, after spending approximately 2,000, in service and maintenance, (I had a contractor here for other work and he had to go into my attic) and then he took pictures of what he saw up there, the unit was obviously repaired in the past, and it look like a two year old had done repairs, Dauenhauer did not do those repairs, but they clearly knew what was up there and never disclosed what they saw. It is my true belief that they were never going to tell me, continue to take my money, then when the unit died, say, oh no, your unit died!!

They lost my trust and my business!

As you can see, how could they be up there and see this and never inform me?

We’ve tried a number of plumbing contractors for various problems with varying degrees of satisfaction. Dauenhauer is by far the best. Their technicians are highly skilled and personable and they are committed to getting the job done efficiently to keep the cost and inconvenience to the customer as little as possible. This was our second experience with this company, and both were pleasant surprises.

Technician showed up on time and was prepared to do the work scheduled. He was polite, professional and efficient. Assured me the water heater was in good working order after servicing and inspection.

I called Dauenhauer and had the issue with my A/C fixed within two hours from the time I called. James was thorough and efficient and got our AC repaired quickly. He answered all of my questions and made sure to follow up with diagnostic checks even after repairing the issue to ensure there were no other lingering concerns. Highly recommend!

We had them out initially, for a bathtub leak. Which they fixed with no problem. Then we decided on a rebuild of that faucet. They came back and took care of it. The technician, Steven, was great! He was kind, and respectful. He told me when he would do certain parts of the job (turning off water, getting parts, etc) and explained what was the cause of the problem, how he fixed it and so forth. It was easy to schedule and I felt at ease with him working in my home. Which is a big deal. I would highly recommend him and the other technicians I've been in contact with at Dauenhauer.

We were pleased with the job that Mark Mitchell and his assistant did in removing all galvanized pipes and replacing them with PEX at our house. They started and finished the work when promised and did quality work. What more could you ask for?
