Called for appointment this morning to check AC unit. Matt Barbour was here at 12:15 PM Matt throughly checked AC unit to avoid replacement. End result is replacing 25+ year old unit which was time. Matt was very professional and courteous. We will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommend!!

I was very impressed and appreciative of our tech who came yesterday. Answered all my questions and even told me how to maintain and save money by doing certain maintenance myself. We are gone often though and I’m not a fan of small, tight spaces (main unit is located under crawl space). I ended up signing up for their maintenance program to ensure our unit would always be taken care of and get 20% of services as a result

We had water dripping through the ceiling from our A/C. We had a stopped up kitchen sink, & Logan came on a Saturday to unstop it. It took a while as it had been draining very slow for a few months, therefore it needed lots of work! It was on an emergency basis, & it was overtime work & we spent a lot, but it was well worth it!
