Jacob, the technician that came to repair my garage door did a fantastic job of inspecting my door and explaining my options on getting it repaired. I had top notch service with this company. Starting from my consultation appointment, which he arrived perfectly on time if not a few minutes early, he was very thorough and he explained the issues with terminologies that I could understand. I had several bids from various companies throughout the city, but this company beat every bid by far. My service expert, Freddy Thomas was very diligent in his work. Jay from Absolute Services was extremely professional, prompt and he provided a lot of low-pressure guidance that helped me decide on the appropriate product and service related to a garage door opener replacement. He installed a new garage door / springs about a year or so ago and was just as great to work with back then. This time around he replaced a worn-out 20+ year old garage door opener and rebalanced the door. He also provided lots of maintenance tips that I can perform to extend the life of the products. Tim and CJ from Absolute Services traveled over 3hrs hours to put in my new unit. They did an awesome job on taking out my old central air unit and put the new central air unit in . I Was having central air with in 3hrs. These two gentlemen did amazing work!!! Very pleasant fellas. Thank you again!!! I would definitely call Absolute Services Again!!

Our garage door spring broke late Thursday. We called Absolute and they were able to get us on the schedule first thing Friday morning. The technician, Kevin, called when he was on his way. Right after the call, we got a text with his picture, for easy identification when he arrived. He fixed our door quickly, was very professional, and was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend for any garage door need!

Got an appointment the same day. Garage Door was closing a little to hard...or so I thought. He informed me it was normal, but greased all the hinges and springs anyway. He was very informative and sent me a list of replacement openers with prices for future reference in case I wanted to replace it. Very nice man.

Needed help with key for garage door and weather strip on bottom edge repaired. Should have been suspicious when they came within an hour for a non emergency. The rep started telling me everything my garage door needed. Just pointed to door but did not explicitly show problem. He talked fast and kept asking if I wanted that repair. Every time he asked the price increased by $200. I asked him a question and he gave me the answer I wanted but the installation was not what I wanted. I asked for no violation of my trim but he did anyway. I don’t feel good about the service and will never call again. I will be more specific if necessary.

We had our springs fail for the Garage and I called in Absolute services for getting it fixed. It was a real easy process and they sent in a technician 'Travis' to help and give us estimate.
Travis was an absolute delight. He gave us a good rundown on what was needed and more than a few repair options.
Once we agreed, we scheduled a time for the fix and Travis came back and fixed our springs within 20 mins. Now our garage is as good as new.
