These are the most unprofessional people I’ve probably ever dealt with in my life. I paid for a service. The woman on the phone was rude the second time I called . Said the “boss” whatever his name was is going to call me back shortly. 2 days passed he never called. They basically took my money and blew me off and won’t return my calls. So I’m in the process of disputing the charges with my bank and getting my money back for service I PAID for but never received. I’m LIVID right now !!! 😡

Tim was highly recommended from a commercial AC friend. Did phenomenal work. Very honest. Told me about a change in the warranty that benefited Me and save me money. Didn’t have to do that. But he did.

I would highly recommend Air Kings. Tim arrived within 45 min after calling. He checked out our 20 yr old furnace which quit working and gave us an estimate to replace the system. He wouldn't take any money for the service run. We decided to go with him. He completed the job in one day, was very professional, cleaned up and hauled away the old system. Call Tim if you have heating or AC problems.

Tim did a great job installing our new HVAC system. Every time we needed a repair on our old system, Tim took time to find the issue and get it repaired, and he never sold us more than we needed. Very dependable...Very highly recommended.

I had used Air Kings for about 10 years and trusted Tim Collins, one of the owners. This year when I needed him at the end of summer, he no-showed not once but twice. I would have respected him had he just said he wasn't interested in what was a dirty job. Whenever my 20 year old furnace goes out I will be using the great recommendations of friends and find someone who values my business.

We called on Friday, talked to Tim. He said that he just used his last thermostat for the day but he would be out Monday. Monday came, no show. We called and was told Tuesday, again, NO SHOW. Then called and was told Wednesday, shocker... NO SHOW. If you want a reliable, responsible company, save your time and money and call another company.

Nice people but they told my mom $79 over the phone and charged me $99 also when i showed my brother what they did he said the a.c. unit is still dirty i said no way where and low and behold the back side was untouched they only did a half ass job. The guy said he has been doing the job over 20 years. U would think someone with that much experience would of did a 100% job and not lie about the price. I will not be calling back.

Many thank to Tim for his services last weekend. Punctual, respectful and patiently explaining what's wrong and things that need to be done. This is the 3rd time using his service (first 2 with a groupon); would not hesitate to use it the 4th time even without coupons\groupons.

These guys were awesome. They fit us in on a Saturday to replace our funace. The tech even called us back on Sunday to follow up and make sure we were ok!
