Allgeier Air

Allgeier Air installed a new HVAC system in our home a while back. Since that time, they are prompt about maintaining or addressing any issue or concern we have had. Jeff is the technician that usually works on our system. He is always informative and quick to diagnose the issue. We have been very pleased with their service and will continue to use Allgeier Air for future issues.

Our HVAC geothermal system was installed by Allgeier Air in 2008. Allgeier technicians have provided twice yearly service since then. Our most recent routine service was conducted by Jason, whose thoroughness and professionalism was notable. This is the longest we’ve ever lived in one house, so it is a new experience for us to need to address normal wear and tear of an aging system. Jason astutely observed and made recommendations for repair and replacement to keep our system running normally and efficiently. We love the geothermal system, and are grateful that we can keep it functioning for another 10 years or more with this kind of attention to detail. Thanks Jason for a job well done. You are a valuable member to the Allgeier Air team. You provided outstanding service and we enjoyed your company.

I am putting my house on the market and my gas logs were not working. Crystal was kind enough to send service right away. James knew immediately what was wrong and took care of the repair quickly. Both James and Crystal are very polite and professional, and I really appreciate their work!

Jason came out to do Spring maintenance, he was professional, thorough and did a great job. Helped me with options on repairs vs replace when major problem was found, and didn't push. Austin came out next when we decided to replace furnace, he was pleasant, professional and got me a great deal and even got installers to come out same day. Been using this company for 10 years and they are always great to work with.

Allgeier installed a geothermal system for me ten years ago. I opted for their service contract. I have been very pleased with this company at all visits. The service personnel have always been professional and efficient. They make the effort to do make minimal mess and always clean up before leaving.

One of the service personnel, Jeff Wright, has been to my home on many occasions for service. He is an exceptional serviceman.

Friendly and professional staff. Scheduling was easy.
Jake the service technician was easy to work with and helpful. Explained all of the services he was providing and found a defective U/V unit I had not noticed. Determined it was covered under warranty and took care of it. Very low pressure on suggested improvements.
On time for scheduled appointments.

My furnace quit working on the coldest day of the year, Allgeier Air was out within a hour of me calling working on it! Missy (call taker) and Jake (technician) were both super friendly and extremely professional! Jake took the time to explain the issue and the repair options. He had my heat back on within 24 hours!
There is not relation between our families but they did my last name proud! Would highly recommend Allgeier Air and especially Jake, the technician!!

I have been using Algeier since they installed my geothermal HVAC system more than 10 years ago. I participate in their maintenance program and couldn't be happier with the service.
This morning Jason performed the semi annual service of my equipment. He couldn't be nicer or more professional.
I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
