I contacted Chris because we were having a major plumbing issue. He came out, diagnosed the issue, and had someone out quickly to start the work. Steven and Chris both worked on the issue and resolved it perfectly. I had another company come out before Chris, and was told the work would cost approx. $5k. Chris was able to get the work done for 1/5 of the price of the other company. Will definitely use this company and Chris again for any future plumbing issues. Thank you for a job WELL DONE!!

Chris is a solid dude. I thought I was having a water leaking issue and he assured me that the water heater was in working order. He seemed to genuinely care about making sure I was satisfied and not wanting to break the bank. Great guy. 5 Stars.

Chris installed my new tankless water heater. The experience was great! Did an excellent job am so happy with it. Travis also fixed some issues with new mini splits that another company wasn't able to fix. Overall I would highly recommend this company. I don't think I'll be using others in the future.

Best Mechanical did everything they promised and more. We used Best Mechanical to install a bathroom sink, completing a long overdue and challenging project. We also had Best Mechanical replace a disposal and fix the kitchen sink that had not drained well in years, despite having other plumbing competitors work on it. Our technician, Chris, was on-time, personable, and extremely respectful of doing an excellent job in the most timely manner. Chris followed all proper CDC guidelines with PPE at all times and ensured that all work spaces were left spotless. The price was just as expected with no hidden or unexpected fees like you get from other companies. I would recommend Best Mechanical services to anyone, and their promptness, professionalism and competency make them a true stand-out among competitors. The plumber Chris did a great job. He got the toilet fixed , new faucet on the bathtub, two new faucets on bathroom sinks and a fancy new faucet on my kitchen sink ... all in one day !! All cleaned up and gone before 4 pm. Very pleased with this company .... highly recommended!

Zack repaired our furnace in a timely and efficient manner. He went out of his way to make an additional minor repair on the unit. He was polite and knowledgeable. Best Mechanical has made repairs on other HVAC equipment over the years and we have always been very satisfied.

The service that was provided by Chris from Best Mechanical was very friendly and professional . He called before arriving and arrived on set time. Chris Berger was awesome. He fixed what the previous “repairman” couldn’t fix and actually repaired what he messed up. I will now use him whenever plumbing is needed and will use them for my HVAC needs in near future!
