Excellent company to work with! They are very friendly and accommodating, with competitive pricing. They replaced my 17 year old undersized HVAC system with a larger more efficient system, and modified some of my duct work. The technicians on my project were extremely good workers and very professional. I will recommend Bryant-Burnett to my friends and family.

Bryant-Burnett did an excellent job. I got new American Standard high efficiency gas furnace & air conditioning system. Their pricing was competitive with the other quotes I received. Jonathan Vest met with me originally & was knowledgeable on which equipment to use & had excellent suggestions about the installation. I'm a retired engineer with over 40 years experience in commercial construction. I have an excellent understanding of proper practices & construction methods. Bryant-Burnett's installers, Tim & Carl did everything properly & efficiently. They installed both the furnace & A/C in about 7 hours. They left the work area clean. We walked through the work before they left & everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Bryant-Burnett to anyone.

I was very satisfied with this company and particularly, our technician Sean. We received a quote from another company claiming a false diagnosis with a ridiculous high price. While Sean our technician took his time and found there is nothing wrong except we needed to clean the A/C unit. I am very impressed with the service, care and time put into customers. Additionally, the amount of knowledge the technician has made me trust the company more. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

Great dependable company with impeccable customer service. We thought our system needed cleaned but when Matt technician came he said it really didn’t need cleaned and thought it was outside unit. After thorough inspection we were light in refrigerant and had some loose valves. We appreciated the honesty of our tech and we highly recommend Bryant Burnett Heating and Cooling.

The technician was prompt,professional,and friendly! He serviced my large furnace as well my Mitsubishi slim unit ,which if anyone has one of these units knows how difficult it can be to find a company that retains the knowledge to maintain/repair them. I will call them again!
