Dauenhauer Plumbing Heating and Air

This was my 1st time using Dauenhauer Plumbing, and I was definitely surprised and pleased. From calling to schedule an appointment (I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a callback, someone answered the phone) to the surprise that they could come so quickly. I had the option of same day, next day or whatever day service I needed. I didn't have to wait a week. Andrew was the one who came to my home. He called to let me know he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival. He was very professional, nice, friendly and informative. He went over the work order and pricing for my approval and completed the job very efficiently. Pricing for the services was very reasonable and I am very pleased with my experience. I will definitely be using this company for all my plumbing needs.

Dauenhauer just has the Best customer service of any company, I have every had to do business with. I have used them in the past. I would recommend them to all of the people I know in need of Plumbing in Louisville, KY. I have to give a big Thank you to Technician Robert Thompson, he was on time and really kept me up to date on his progress in checking out my bad water heater and what was needed. He replaced our old leaking water heater. I would like to say to Robert Thompson keep up the good work you are doing for Dauenhauer Plumbing and Heating and Air.

Tiffany went above and beyond with her thurough inspection. She saved us from a house fire. Another company installed my unit and she discovered that they did not use a wire nut and had wrapped electrical tape around the wires. She saw and heard the sparks and showed me where the tape was melted. The wires were poking through. It wasn't a matter of if, but when. She immediately fixed this and checked the rest to make sure there were no more exposed wires wrapped in tape. She is 100 percent on top of her game and very knowledgeable about HVAC. I was able to understand everything she explained. I cannot thank her enough for investigating her hunch and saving us from a catastrophic event. I highly recommend Tiffany and this company. Their quarterly maintenance checks have been worth every penny.

Working with this company was completely amazing. They were on time, my appointment date was a reasonable timeframe, and when they arrived, they gave me a concise quote. Josh is a great technician. The work was done exactly 2 years ago, I paid cash, and I have not had a problem with my plumbing services that were completed for my washer ever since.

Nathan did a great job installing an ejector pump in my basement. He was very professional and honest and the job was done efficiently. I now believe the good reviews on Dauenhauer Plumbing are true. Good workers are hard to get by nowadays and Nathan and Kyle were great.

Very positive experience. Marvin called within the arrival window I'd been given to let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I appreciate the tips he gave on everyday maintenance we can do to improve the health of our plumbing. Highly recommend. I was able to get a same day appointment for a clogged kitchen drain.

Austin was very courteous and respectful as well as knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and put me at ease. His work and professionalism was top notch. If any other plumbing issues arise, I will request Austin. 🙂

On the 4th of July we were having a large cookout when our A/C went out. In 40 min my tech was here and ready to work. He completed the job and save the day! So thankful for my tech Rob who definitely knew what he was doing and was extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Rob!

Mat is a friendly, skilled technician who took time to answer all our questions. He and his assistant did a great job. We are happy with the service.

Toilet was backing up they determined the issue was further down the sewer system they ran an auger down and found wipes had been flushed and got the system going again in under an hour. The technician was very professional called me twice to let me know he was on the way and that he had arrived. Service was the same day I called blew me away.
