THE most professional crew I've experienced in 56 years. On time, start to finish 4 hours replacing the HVAC unit. Quiet, clean, efficient and cohesive, without a doubt top notch pros. Outstanding work crew!

The question is a bit off - I USED to be a customer in the 1990s and for several years thereafter. They installed new units and ductwork because had a multi-faceted problem with a house I bought. I would have given them the 5-stars then, had Google existed. I have since moved far away but an A/C problem arose and I took a chance to call the company and Mark gave me some points I'd never have thought of. Based on that, and my previous experience with the Company, I would say that they are still the same, dependable, reliable outfit. I can't say enough positive things about Ken J. Buehner & Son. We needed a new heat pump and air handler. After researching brands via Consumer Reports, we decided on American Standard (manufactured by Trane). We had never heard of Buehner but they are the local American Standard dealer. Mark, the president, came out for an estimate and was on-time, courteous, followed COVID precautions, didn't try to upsell, and even gave some advice on another heating/cooling unit we weren't replacing. When the day came for installation, they showed up with a big crew and went about their work professionally. We were very pleased with the whole experience and are very happy with the performance of the new system.

Mt central air started blowing warm air. I called Buehner and Son expecting them to get to me in a day or two. It is the warmest week of the year. A technician arrived within 45 minutes and quickly determined the problem. My issue was fixed within 3 hours of my call in a very professional manner. Thank You!
