KLM Heating & Cooling

I had been with another HVAC company for many years & it was recently sold to another company. The service person gave me a list of services my 4 yr old system had to have done (not recommended to be done), that totaled several thousand $$$. I contacted KLM since they are an authorized service company & have an A+ rating/zero complaints with BBB. Mike from KLM examined my system & said NONE of those services were needed & my system was working EXACTLY as it should be. He thoroughly explained what his findings were & answered all my questions. I really appreciate his honesty & down to earth approach to customer service! I consider the first company a blessing in disguise because it led me to KLM & now I have a new permanent service company.

I have worked with KLM for the past 15 years because of their commitment to service and professionalism.

Today “Lucky” did the maintenance on our system. Great gentleman, professional and great conversation as well.

It’s not just the business side that makes KLM great to work with, but it’s the staff, people like Lucky that make it enjoyable.

KLM is a top notch company. Being a member is something I would highly recommend. For a reasonable price, you get a fall service and a summer service. Mike was very informative and professional. I will definitely be having them install a UV light in our HVAC system soon! I would recommend this company and Mike to anyone!

Mike Duffy was my service technician today. He was very clear with what the problem was, transparent about the options to fix as well as the costs, and also gave advice as to which solution would be best given the age of my system and if it was worth fixing or not at this point. I’ve used KLM for years and I continue to get the same quality service each time.

Our heating went out a couple months ago and we used a different company to fix. This company needed three separate appointments and the ultimate cause wasn't found, but the furnace was fixed temporarily.

It failed again a couple weeks ago and we decided to use KLM. KLM got a tech named Tony to our house within an hour, and he found the main issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. He also took the time to explain everything and charged us a very reasonable fee. He told us of a subscription that KLM offers that seems a good deal but didn't press too hard.

Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience. Tony was awesome and we'll be sure to use KLM in the future.

KLM replaced our HVAC several years back. Today Lucky did my spring/summer check up. He gave it a complete inspection and cleaning. He could not have been anymore professional and/or friendly. I recommend KLM to all my friends and family!!
