We have been longtime customers of Murphy Co. and they are simply the best. They are reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and efficient. Kirk has provided our bi-yearly maintenance for years and that continuity, rare in any business these days, is valuable from our perspective. He knows our system and we trust his recommendations. Recently when we needed to replace our HVAC we were in good hands. I absolutely recommend them.

I use Murphy's Heating and Cooling for my home residence. Recently had needed my primary and secondary heat exchange replaced. Kirk and Evan were awesome!! These guys know their stuff!! Explained everything, very thorough checked and double checked their work to ensure everything was perfect! Have used them before, really great people!

We needed a new furnace and received quotes from several companies. Murphy Company stood out from the beginning as they took a consultative approach to recommend what we needed VS trying to sell us an entirely new HVAC system. They provided three quotes with financing options(good, better, best) which allowed us to select the system and price point that was right for us. Once we made a decision the friendly office staff set us up with an install date the day before Thanksgiving which was way faster than we expected. The technicians were friendly, professional and even took the time to show me how to program our new smart thermostat.

Murphy Company made this an easy process and we are very pleased with the experience. They have earned our trust!

Very responsive service outside of normal business hours when furnace quit working...was at my home in about 90 minutes. Very thorough and knowledgeable about my equipment and didn't try to upsell me on unneeded repairs. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My new service company for sure. The techs came out due to my unit being down with the temperature being close to 80 degrees in the house. They needed a part and came back later and finished up the job. The guy could've easily waited until the next day to finish it up but he didn't and fixed me up after 4 o'clock. The tech also gave me some pointers on setting the programming on the thermostat. Great company and highly recommend

I had Murphys come out and install a filter box on my furnace it was done in a timely manner and done in a very professional way. The installers were very nice and was helpful in explaining a future install of a new unit without any pressure and actually said I would be good for a while longer with the equipment I have now. To me this is a company that really does care about their customers and is not trying to just sell some over priced equipment that is not necessary. I highly recommend this company..

AS GOOD AS IT GETS. Chris runs a top notch business. Im a small time builder and used Murphy and Company on my first home flip. Without fail, Chris has responded promptly and fixed any problem I have had with my HVAC (all of which ended up being something I did).... Murphy and Company is honest fast and good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done. I will never use anyone else for my HVAC needs!!!!!

I had a capacitor go out on my condensing unit . It is literally a 20 minute repair . I understand the need for a service call fee but my total was $411. This is a ridiculous price for the repair. The service guy was fine but to gouge customers on this type of quick fix is horrible. I will not use them again . I planned on getting an estimate on a new furnace but quickly changed my mind.
