If I could give this poor excuse of a business zero stars I would… this was the worst experience ever. My home warranty company sent this joke of a company out. Never answers the phone, never shows up when he’s scheduled too, comes when he’s not scheduled.. excuse after excuse after excuse… Home Shield has this type of contractor representing them.. This was enough to cancel our coverage. Our furnace went out in July and it’s now the end of October and still no furnace. Called a real company to do the work. Stay far away from YCM as I wouldn’t wish this company on my worst enemy!!!

Poor customer service as well lack of professionalism. This person was supposed to contact me on 6/14 to schedule repairs for an air conditioning unit. He never did. I had to call several times to even get an appointment. Got it scheduled for 6/16 and he no call no showed. After complaining to the home warranty, he texts citing medical reasons and reschedules for 6/17 in the morning. He no called no showed again. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, sadly my home warranty scheduled this company to do the necessary repairs and maintenance on our AC units, when calling to schedule I was told that a technician would be out to my house the following day around 3pm, the day came and went and no-one showed or called. I had to call to find out that the company was not sending anyone to my home and it would be the following day at 3pm. Fast forward to the next day and the time comes and goes, attempted to contact the company and only received voicemail each time I called. I cancelled their services due to this and warned the homeowners insurance they should not due buisness with this company due to their lack of professionalism and timeliness. Not only have they been reported to BBB but it is disrespectful to not even give a customer a curtesy call to let them know no-one is coming. Had to take two days off work to wait for someone to show and no-one ever did.

YCM was contracted by my home warranty company to fix my broken and leaking Air Conditioner. I called and left two voicemails and never received a callback. The warranty company was also unable to get a response from YCM. Three days later (with no A/C in 90 degree weather) we are still unable to get ahold of anyone and now their voicemail box is full.

My 80+ year old, diabetic mother’s home warranty company went through YCM to have her furnace repaired when it went out yesterday morning (Feb 14, around 2am). They came and said it needed a new motor and would have to come back “first thing” today to fix it. It is now 3pm and they still have not shown up or called, returned any of our or the home warranty company’s calls, it is 21 degrees outside and dropping, with 4-9” of snow forecasted this afternoon into tomorrow. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE, and if my mother dies in this snowstorm because they dropped the ball on fixing her furnace as promised/contracted, I WILL file a wrongful death lawsuit against this unprofessional, nonresponsive, ignorant company! DO NOT USE/DO NOT CONTRACT WITH!!!!! WORK WILL NOT GET DONE!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My home warranty company contracted this company to fix my air conditioner last year and they literally took it apart and never showed back up. My home warranty company is now having to contact another company to replace the whole system!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! They don’t answer calls, they do not show up when they are supposed to. I could go on for days!!!

I’d give YCM a ZERO if I could. I was assigned YCM by my home warranty company for the repair of my air conditioning unit, and after two days of them not calling me to set up an appointment and only their answering machine picking up when I called them, I called my home warranty company, canceled YCM and asked for other names of companies they use that I could research and call on my own!

They was assigned to come out to repair my furnace and not only did they never call to set up an appointment when I did get ahold of them they said they be out around noon the next day. Waited till after 1 and called them again said running late and will call when heading my way and once again nothing. Would of been nice to get a call to let me know they wasn’t showing up once again and and another day without air would definitely not recommend these guys at all !!!!!!

Worst service ever i seen. My home warranty company provide me ycm air & heat company. He came first day without any parts. Second day called almost 10 times and no response at all. I had 4 days without air conditioner just because of this company. Never go with this company.

This the most unprofessional business that I've ever dealt with. This guy does not return calls, does not appear to know what he is doing, very unorganized, and doesn't care about his customers! I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this place. My advice Ron.. Close down this so called business ASAP. BTW I will be reporting you the the BBB!!!
