They've saved our behinds twice. Furnace had been acting up but thanks to warranty they fixed the problem then the recent storm busted it again and they fixed it right up. All for reasonable work prices.

I hope I don't have to call them again but I know if something happens we can trust them to fix it right.

Had a great experience dealing with this company. I will definitely do business with them again. I’ve been doing business with this company for over four years now and they have been great with every issue that I’ve had come up. They installed a ductless mini split AC for me a few years ago and I absolutely love it. I would have this system throughout my entire house if I could. A year or so ago I had them install a PTAC unit in my bonus room and it has been great so far. Jami has always been more than helpful whenever I’ve had a question, I can’t say enough good things about this company.

We used Superior Heating & A/C to do 2 repairs on our heat pump. They came the same day and arrived right on time for our appointment, even a little early. Jamie the technician was polite, friendly, and explained the problem clearly. He didn't try to sell me a whole new unit like so many of the other HVAC repair companies do. He ordered the parts we needed for a good price and came back the next day. He worked quickly and didn't leave any mess. I would highly recommend using Superior Heating & A/C. They are honest, fairly priced, and do neat and efficient work. Be sure to ask for Jamie!

Oh my gosh the best HVAC company! The service is fantastic, from the office staff to Jamie. I was in need of a new system, he thoroughly explained everything from start to finish. He was extremely nice and was able to give me the best deal compared to others. Jamie by far is the most exceptional person out in the business. They will forever have my business, since I have 2 units to maintain.

I stopped in to Superior Heating and A/C to buy a filter for our unit and to make an appointment to have the capacitor on our unit checked because the fan had stopped working. Everyone there was friendly and extremely helpful in figuring out what filter I needed (I had the dimensions, but not the filter number), and when I asked when I could make an appointment, Jamie said that he could come by right then and change the capacitor. He was at our house within ten minutes, had everything up and running, and even gave us some helpful tips to help our unit last longer. He was super friendly, and very knowledgeable about his work! We will definitely be using this company in the future.

I called Superior Heating & Air about 3 weeks ago ... a serviceman named Jamie was here w/in a few days. Serviced my outdoor unit, then came back in one week just to make sure it was still doing well.

I could not be happier w/ the friendliness (of Jamie) and Service quality (of Superior). I recommend this company over any that I have used in Richmond.

The technicians were very helpful and tried their best at patching up my 16 year old system. They repaired the fan and capacitor but found that the compressor had also failed. At this point it was clear that I needed a new unit. They did not try to up sale me and initially priced me a relatively cheaper unit. I asked them about other options and they gave me additional pricing and even informed me of how to get into contact with my electric company to get a rebate. All and all they were very courteous and helpful and never tried to talk down to me. The service was thorough and as fast as could be expected. Although I will call them again if I need them a part of me hopes I don't have to.

Superior heating and air, is a wonderful company to work with. Seems every summer we always
need something done to our unit. They always come in a very timely fashion and always get the problem
fixed.
Jamie is the tech who came and serviced our unit. He's so polite and usually in and out of here in a very timely manner.

This place should be shut down. Improper install of my A/C has led to thousands in damages to my home and they’ve done nothing to attempt to fix or make it right. Cut supports out of my attic without my permission and claim it wasn’t them. Don’t waste your time with these crooks.
