My ac wasn’t working, so I called After Hours, because one of my friends recommended them. Ethan was the tech that came out, and he was exceptional. Very professional, and thorough. They replaced my system within the week, and my ac has never worked better. I can really tell the difference! Thank you After Hours!

I had such a great experience with after hours heating and air. Zach found my problem of a bad motor on the fan on my outdoor a/c unit and had it all fixed up in no time. I was highly pleased with the quality job that he did. I will also be looking into their buddy plan for continuous maintenance on my unit. I will definitely be calling them for anything else I will be needing done to my heating and air system.

Ethan did a fantastic job on installation of my new HVAC system. He kept me appraised at all times and made sure to thoroughly test the system. Even when the system had a manufacturing defect, they quickly identified the error and replaced the part, staying late to ensure the system was up and running by the end of the day.

Kodi did a great job of outlining the benefits of a new system vs a repair and the different types of systems.

We called After Hours Heating and Air after a trusted friend recommended them. Chloe was very polite and informative. The call I placed was actually for my 84 year old neighbor that we help when the need arises. Kodi provided great communication as did Chloe as to when Kodi would arrive. Kodi was very personable and professional. He understood that we needed honest and informed options when dealing with an 84 year old on a fixed income. Kodi was very patient and gave her an honest opinion and options. Just seeing how he handled the situation was very comforting.

Making decisions based on trusted information is all you can ask for. She may or may not need to replace her HVAC sooner than later but knowing the decision is based on honest truthful information makes the decision much easier to live with. Chloe followed up Kodi’s service call with additional helpful and welcomed information. I have only talked with Chloe on the phone and met Kodi but based on these two and the way they talk about Sean the owner, what a nice team they have put together to handle all your HVAC needs. We hope we do not need to replace her unit right now but if we do I will be pushing for After Hours to get the order.

They are sp professional and timely! Their prices are very fair and they communicate effectively regarding scheduling and appointment timing. We have had Kodi Mitchell install a new AC, do regular cleaning and tune ups and he always does a great job! Very friendly and professional and doesn't mind our crazy dog getting the zoomies everytime he comes.

I recently experienced a cracked drain pipe and was in a panic. I heard water dripping from my ceiling and discovered a huge water spot directly next to my main return vent.
Luckily, I called After Hours Heating & Air and they came to the rescue! The team was prompt, professional, and efficient. They quickly identified the problem and replaced the drain pipe in no time. It honestly looks better than the original install. They even cleaned up the mess and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Our HVAC unit in the 2nd floor attic has been leaking whenever we use the AC. Numerous companies have tried without success. I contacted Afterhours on Sunday night and received a response within an hour for service today. The company had great communication and texted prior to the tech’s arrival. Kodi Mitchell arrived on time and was professionally dressed and very polite. We discussed what was occurring and he went to work. There’s been an issue with water overflowing but the issue wasn’t obvious. Kodi basically took the unit apart until he found the culprit of the problem. He stayed and tested the system until he was satisfied. I had just had surgery so I couldn’t climb stairs but Kodi kept coming down, showing me photos and keeping me up to date. Great service and a very smart, respectful young man.

I would recommend After Hours Heating and Air to anyone having problems with their air conditioning or heat I woke up this morning and my air conditioner had stopped working. I made a call to After Hours Heating and Air and by the afternoon my air conditioning was up and running again. They are fast, friendly, courteous, and very professional. They have my business for any heating and air conditioning problems.

Kodi has supported our HVAC since we purchased a few years back and has been exceptionally polite, professional, prompt and knowledgeable.
