I had asked my warranty company to send out another contractor to diagnose our AC unit after the joke of a company they had originally sent. AC units do not leak refrigerant for no reason. Mark had come by to accurately diagnose the issue with our unit and I am very pleased. He has over 30 years experience. Very knowledgeable and professional. Thumbs up!

My AC went out and this is the company my home warranty sent to evaluate and repair it. First off, they tried to sell me all kinds of stuff outside the warranty. Tried to sell me a coil, that was later replaced under warranty. I halfway expected that and that’s ok. As someone who has been in the maintenance career field for 20 years, I know how much work is involved in things and how much approximately one would expect to pay. I was told there was a $600 fee that warranty wouldn’t cover, for “modifications”. The technician that replaced the coil, had the exact same coil from the manufacturer and these “modifications” were all part of the removal and installation and consisted of the cutting, replacing, and brazing of about 5 inches of 2 sections of copper tubing and replacing a very small section of PVC. That’s an absolutely outrageous charge for the 20 minutes that was part of a routine replacement of a part. I highly recommend not using this company, and if your warranty says they are coming, attempting to reschedule with a different company.

We have 2-10 Home Warranty, they almost always send Four Seasons when we make a service call. Mark is wonderful, he talks to our animals when he comes and treats us like family. Our 27 year old Trane furnace was not working and on its last leg. We decided replacement would be better than waiting for a part during freezing weather. The next day, we had a new Ducane furnace installed by Will and Guy. They were great installers and cleaned up after themselves very well. Four Seasons will always be our first choice for HVAC services.

AC went out on Tuesday. By Thursday early evening we were cool and comfortable. Dave with Four Seasons came out a day before expected. New unit installed a day before expected. Great service. Professional. Thank you!

We went through them because of our home warranty. I was nervous because I looked up reviews before they had come out, but they were great! From Laura who answers the phones to Mark, and both repair techs that came out. They were all nice friendly and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The crew at Four Seasons was exceptional at getting our replacement done and were very professional, kind, and informative through the process. They went above and beyond what was required to ensure we had quality work done at a good price. We were incredibly impressed by their work and will continue to use their services in the future!

This company was reco'd by the contractor my insurance used after a house fire. Our AC had gone out and the breaker tripped and was unable to be reset. Tech came out, said the wiring had burned out and couldn't be fixed, and gave me a quote for an entire new HVAC system.

We decided to get a second opinion through our home warranty. That tech (from Lundies HVAC) let us know that the breaker installed in our new fuse box wasn't high enough for the voltage that our unit needed. He also got our air conditioning back up and running. The tech from four seasons didn't say a word about the improper breaker size and seemed more interested in selling me a new unit. No thanks.

BEWARE!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE WORKING THE HOME WARRANTY SYSTEM!!! THEY KNOW HOW TO GET EXTRA MONEY OUT OF YOU!!!

FACT: This company is ONLY in business because they work with two subpar Warranty companies. I was with First American Home Warranty for 7 years and because of Four Seasons I did not renew my contract and went with American Home shield who DOES NOT WORK WITH THEM.... and they cover BS modifications and code issues.

Over the years Four Seasons has done work on our old Trane unit multiple times. There were NEVER extra charges. But now... the "non-covered charges" are out of control. Literally, after 7 years and MANY service requests, I have NEVER had to pay out of pocket outside of the $75 call out fee. Until this year with Four seasons.

Our first issue was when we called them out for our HVAC. We needed a part replaced, yet the owner told my husband we needed to replace the entire HVAC and AC system and it would cost $8000. I walked up at the end of the conversation and said, there was no way we didn't have any money for that. Before I could say, Because my husband is battling stage IV cancer, the owner cut me off and said, "you not having money isn't my problem. I got 6 kids I need to feed."

In the end, First American offered to replace my TRANE with a GOODMAN HVAC. I got a call from four seasons that the "uncovered charges" would be $1700! The home Warranty company was paying $600. I took the cash out, called a reputable company and they fixed the issue WITH A PART! no modifications. They told me my duct work was fine and my system was up to code. I knew this because LG&E was in my house 3 months earlier after they did work outside my home and told me if I wasn't up to Code they would not relight the gas.

Second... Our AC was not blowing cold air. on 5/6/21 a four seasons tech came out and filled it with freon. By 5/12 the air was not cold. I resubmitted the claim and FIVE DAYS LATER a tech showed up and said ALL of the freon had leaked out. I needed a new coil and then hopefully that would fix the leak. If not, and "the leak is in the walls we will have to break into the walls."

The next morning, the owner calls and again urges me to get a new system. I tell him no. He says "I'll submit the claim and then get back to you with what the company is going to cover and what is not covered."

I got a call this morning with the $600 "Uncovered charges"

1. $75 to "Haul away the coil"
2. "$250 for safe freon removal" THERE IS NO FREON IN THE SYSTEM!
3. $150 for a switch upgrade for meet code requirements ( BS!)
4. $200 Duct modifications (BS!)

Again... We JUST had LG&E and an HVAC company out who both said we were UP TO CODE and our DUCT WORK WAS FINE! These people are BAD BAD BAD!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! They will take every penny and treat you like an idiot.

Mark was very helpful and professional. He explained the issue, how he fixed it and tips. Finally, my warranty company sends a company with a good reputation

I'm a little surprised at some of the reviews here. Everyone has different experiences I guess. I am nothing but PLEASED with Four Seasons. I had a bigger name HVAC company coming out before but my home warranty sent FS (other company came out 4 times and never fixed the issue) and FS would explain what was wrong and show me what they were doing. This year I had to replace my furnace (it was 15 years old and in a rental for 10 of those years so it wasn't cared for) and I got a great price and they were even able to squeeze me in early to make sure I had heat before the cold snap that was coming. ZERO complaints.
