Absolutely excellent customer service!!!! My husband and I highly recommend this service. Our AC went out on Wednesday and we had a new AC unit installed a few days later. UR Best HVAC beat all the other quotes we received and finished the work in record time!!!

Called Donnie for a 2 year-old unit check and tune up. He arrived as scheduled and was super friendly. He suggested to not anything until fall.

Though he hasn't performed any service, he has certainly gained our business.

I had them come out to just install an air scrubber on one of my units. While they were out, they went ahead and checked my other system for me quickly and found an issue that would have resulted in my unit freezing up if it had gone much longer without us noticing. Was a huge save as the temps keep climbing and it was only caught as he went above and beyond to ensure he was comprehensive. Very professional and knowledgeable during the visit as well.

They did a tremendous job installing a new A/C unit. They got to my property quickly and charged a fair price. I absolutely recommend Ur Best HVAC.
