The owners were helpful when we spoke on the phone when I called to request an inspection. Their crew was on time and professional. I'm a first-time home owner, and I like working with companies that I can trust. It’s great working with awesome local businesses like Infinity HVAC. I’d definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

This was, hands down, the best service I've ever received from an HVAC company.

Our heat pump was completely dead and needed to be replaced. The owner of the company himself came out to our house to do the estimate. He sat down with me and my wife and clearly explained every detail of the process. He presented us with options and lots of information so that we could make an informed decision of whether or not to go with him. There was no pressure to buy and even said I should get additional quotes. Highly recommend Infinity HVAC for all HVAC need.

I can not say enough good things about Infinity HVAC. I had to replace my entire HVAC system, which I had never done before, but Mike, Velicia and their crew made it easy. The young men that came to my home were polite, courteous, and even cleaned up after themselves. If you are looking for an HVAC company I would highly recommend the great folks at Infinity! They are a 10/10 business!!!

I was very impressed with the three young men, Tony Blackburn, Kerstin Harris, and Austin Murphy, that worked to install my AC system. They were very courteous, on time, efficient hard workers, and explained in detail the work they did for me. They even took a picture of the work done in my attic and shared it with me. They asked before they set the unit to make sure placement of it met my approval. In addition, working with the office staff and the owner, Tim Jacobs, was a breeze. Always answered all my calls and/or emails and I had no delays in their service from start to finish. I highly recommend this very reputable company and the excellent service they provide.
