I contacted the office first thing in the morning after my A/C went out the night before and they had someone at my house by 1:00 the same day. The technicians were very professional and fixed the problem in a very timely fashion. The price for the service was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Roberts Heating and Air when you need fast, professional service at a good price.

I have used Roberts Heating and Air for about 20 to 30 years. I keep getting great service at a fair price, so why change? I have even had units that I thought were ready to be replaced and Mr. Roberts repaired them and told me I had more time. But eventually all mechanical things break. They even replace the unit at my church and everyone agreed it was great service. Wow, a whole church agreed on one thing. (ha ha). If you want honest service and a fair price, use this company.

We needed to have our air and heating updated. We chose to have three different companies give us a bid for installation. Roberts gave us the best price as well as being quick and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend. My a/c went out and they came first thing in the morning. They were very honest and gave me the option to repair or replace with the pros and cons of both choices. They were fast, friendly and professional. It’s nice to find a company that is honest and more concerned with finding a solution and providing options versus just trying to recommend the most expensive fix. They had the entire unit replaced in a short period of time. So glad I called them.

In the middle of winter last year our heating unit went out and a friend recommended Roberts Heating and Air to us for service. Instead of repairing a 30yr old system, we decided to have them replace it. You couldn’t ask for a more honest, knowledgeable and caring company. They are prompt, reliable and affordable.

We recently had them install a humidifier on our unit to help with the dry skin and allergy’s. Every home should have this. It has been a game changer for us.
