If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Absolutely amazing and very helpful!!! The office lady was very sweet and understanding. Josh Leblanc came out very quick. Answered all my questions even though I was at work!! Explained everything to me so easily!!! I would absolutely recommend F&R!!!!

Amazing customer service!! From the office to the guys who serviced my unit are very thorough and very polite. Will continue to recommend and use F&R Air Conditioning. That’s again for all y’all do.

We have Used F&R Air Conditioning for years and are very satisfied. They know what they are doing and have very knowledgeable repair people working for them.

Had a problem with cooling and had enough of the hot summer. Phillip Ashley spent a good amount of dedicated time to track down the issue and was very thorough and explained it very well to me. He communicated the findings to his team. What’s great with my busy schedule, I didn’t have to track them down and figure
out what the next step was. Kelly called me and within 2hrs had Tyler, a very competent technician show up. Tyler took the time to explain in detail what he was going to do. Tyler is very professional and thorough. After the service, he explained the problem in layman’s that I could understand. I can’t say enough of the professionalism expertise that F&R provided me, and that is giving me a peace of mind knowing I am in great hands!

F & R is by far the best AC company I have ever used. They are extremely honest and professional, reliable and show-up when they say they are coming. I’ve now had the pleasure of speaking with 7-8 members of their staff from the owner David who went out of his way to help a new customer in need to office/scheduling to the amazing technicians who came out to diagnose, temp repair, measure and install the new unit, handler and thermostat. Shout out to Tyler and team today for doing an amazing install. Super courteous, respectful, informative and fast. This company and its employees are top tier. I whole heartedly recommend supporting this locally owned and operated business. I only plan to use F & R for all my future Heat/AC needs.

The service men were very punching and knowledgeable. He called in a 2nd repair man when he was unfamiliar. I truly respected him for doing that. They stayed with the job until it was done successfully.

Tyler and his helper showed up at the time scheduled), and worked quietly and efficiently. Tyler actually showed me a better way to install my filters. His helper also cleaned up what had fallen on the floor. By the time they left, the house felt cooler than before they arrived and the system seems to be running quieter.

Was not happy with the young lady at desk not very professional are friendly. If you going to work with the public learn Customer service is top priority, if I would of treated my customers like that I would of been fired on the spot. Will not be back will drive to Lafayette first.

I highly recommend F & R Air Conditioning. Tyler came to my rescue after having a horrible experience with another company. He was professional and honest. The work was done well and now my AC is cooling just in time for a June heatwave. Please trust this company with your business because you won’t regret it.
