Don’t even waste your time with any other company. These guys diagnosed everything, made sure we were taken care of and are incredibly efficient. I can’t speak highly enough about the technician that came out, Jared C. Fantastic guy, awesome service. Brandon & Justin did our install of new units and knocked it out much faster than expected. Both were courteous and cleaned up after everything was done. All around a wonderful experience. We’ll be lifelong customers.

Dream Team did a great job on our total unit replacement/install in December 2021. We also have a maintenance plan with them and we appreciate the thorough cleanings twice a year!! Techs are always on time and professional!

Scheduling is sometimes an issue, but I have always had amazing service from the installers and technicians. Joseph and Justin were my technicians this time, it was clear how detailed and knowledgeable they were of my system and they did an excellent job. I will absolutely be making him my preferred technician

Ethan and Deon were very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient! They inspected and adjusted recently installed duct work in my home. They are both excellent representations for The Dream Team Heating and Air Company! I’m very pleased with the quality and appearance of the job done!

Corey came out (actively) still on site and when I say has been the best repair guy I have seen thus far! Very informative. Answered all questions very clearly and made sure I understood everything he did or has to do before hand. He laid my prices out so I was not surprised at anything during this repair. I most def will ask for him every single time.

Dion came to do a quality check after our new unit was installed. He was so courtesy and professional. He answered all of my questions and quickly addressed any concerns. Dream Team isn't the cheapest out there but the quality of their services and their 12 year warranty just can not be beat. 5 stars! HIGHLY recommended 👌🏻

If I could leave 10 stars I definitely would. Daniel Love and Chris Mattingly were awesome. The entire business is professional. Starting with the receptionist. I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism! They care about the customer and it shows. Chris went above and beyond explaining exactly what happened and how he could fix it. He called Daniel back out and we were put on the schedule for the next day. Knowing that a business cares enough to send you a survey each time someone comes out is a huge piece of mind for a customer. Treating three women with the respect they treated us with is why I will never use anyone else. we were all clueless about an HVAC unit. Again above and beyond. I absolutely love this company.

I had a great experience with Dream Team. My AC wasn't working, so they sent out their technician, Dion, to check my system the same day I called. Dion was very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He had my system running in no time. Definitely recommend

Corey Leblanc responded to a weekend call-out in under 45 minutes. He was honest, respectful, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with one unit then performed preventative maintenance on the other. I look forward to having The Dream Team be my preferred AC service and repair technicians.
