The service technicians are always nice and they do their job thoroughly. But the sales and the booking departments are not as reliable. I was going to have extra registers placed in my home. A sales person came out to look at my system, make recommendations, and give an estimate. I scheduled the work, but the service was cancelled do to staff shortages and a work crew that was sick. However, no one called to reschedule. The salesman reached out after a few months and was surprised the work had not been done. But still no one called to reschedule. I reached out to them to reschedule several months later, but they said a salesman would have to come back out to give a new estimate since the estimate I had was more than 6 months old. But no one called to schedule that appointment.
I will say when I have a system problem, I do receive prompt service to correct whatever is wrong. I will stay with Keefe’s for that alone

He was professional and took the time to explain how to do the service, what we needed to buy so we can do it ourselves, and some tips on running the system. Conducted a very detailed service check. I was a Keefe’ s customer for many years but my recent experience with Keefe’s leaves much to be desired. My unit was working until this past Friday when Keefe’s did their semi-annual inspection. When the technician left he said everything was fine. Not 24 hours later the air condition has not worked properly. After many phone calls, I finally got a technician out Monday morning. The technician stated that I had to replace a fan motor. I agreed and paid nearly $700.00. Guess what, the unit is still not working. The technician never waited around to see if that was the problem. He left after installing the motor. Keefe’s technicians are like doctors who practice medicine, they practice air condition repair. They have no clue what they are doing. They hope to get it fixed by process of elimination. An they practice false advertising. They claim to have your unit working within 3 hours. What a joke. Don’t waste your time calling Keefe’s they have no clue what they’re doing.

I wanted to say that Alex Stokes was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it within 30 minutes and remained on site for over an hour to make sure it stayed working. The cost was minimal. You could have charged me much more and I would have been none the wiser!

Responded quickly and got to work immediately. We needed a whole new panel and our power was back on before the 4 o'clock news. Fantastic service, professional work, knowledgeable electrician. Ray is thorough and finished the work like he was wiring his own house. Great job Keefe's, Ray is truly one of the best around!

Alex the AC tech was professional and courteous. He discussed my issues with me and had a thorough follow up visit after implementing some fixes. Only minor issue was an appointment reschedule due to Alex getting stuck at another job, but that happens when it’s 100 degrees out.

Very kind and quick to come out. He gave me an estimate and explained exactly what they would do. Had I gone with them they would have been able to install that very week. For friendliness, promptness, assistance with financing, and knowledge of the field I give them 5 stars. Ultimately I went with a company that installed my neighbor’s AC and does maintenance for another of my neighbors.

Had my AC replaced by Keefe's 2 years ago and I needed my attic fan replaced. Wasn't sure if they did this or not so I called them and they said they did. Was able to get an early morning appointment the next day. Ray came out and looked at, said the motor has seized up and the fan needed to be replaced. Thought I'd have to schedule a new appointment for installation but he had the part in his van and was able to swap it out quickly. Think it was right around 1 hour from the time he came in until he left. Price seemed a little high to me but appears to be within the range of this type of job from what I've seen. Overall I've been happy with Keefe's services both the AC installation and the attic fan replacement as well as their scheduled AC maintenance.

Aaron was very helpful and informative. The issue wasn’t resolve and he came back to fix it. The only problem I have is it wasn’t caught by the first person who came the month before when I paid the first time. I had to pay again because he overlooked something.

Semi annual inspection was exceptional. The tech spent a good amount of time then actually showed me pics and read outs and an explanation of each step that he took. I had a few questions which he answered thoroughly. So far this has been a great company and I would recommend them and have done so.
