Absolutely love this place! Went in with the part I needed that was so old I couldn't read the measurement needed. They took care of it a.s.a.p and made sure I understand how to install. Would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you very much Coburn's!!!

I was looking for a valve kit for Moen Roman tub faucet. The gentelman who helped us was super nice and knowledgeable and sowed me how to fit all the parts and even crimped the necessary fittinf to the end of the tubes. Highly recommend them.

Went to showroom 2 times in 2020 and today. Customer service is terrible. All 3 visits no one asked me if I needed help. Walked out and spent my money at Facets. Facets has great customer service.

Coburn's sold a Whirlpool refrigerator to my elderly parents in June. The refrigerator has never worked properly. Instead of Coburn's replacing it they have "called Whirlpool" to service it. My parents have now been totally without a working refrigerator for two months. We'll be requesting our money back from the credit card company and having them pick up the defective refrigerator. Unfortunately, they thought that because Coburn's was a smaller, local business (compared to the big box stores) they would receive better service. Back to Home Depot!
Edit: I posted a FB complaint and Coburn's promptly deleted it after telling me in a PM that I should fill out a form so that Coburn's could better help me!! Wow

They have a beautiful kitchen and bath showroom. Love the appliances & lighting that is also available.
Their showroom consultants took the time to sit with us and discuss all of our options when we remodeled out home.

Purchased products that have a defect in them. Go back to ask for help getting this matter attended to. 1 week goes by no response 2 weeks no response. Go into the store for the third time to be told call the manufacturer. Terrible customer service when you cant help your customers fix problems with a product you sell. Only interested in selling the product.
