I called Fred’s due to our water heater needing to be replaced immediately.

They quoted me with substantially marked up price, I knew it was substantially marked up, but due to us needing it immediately, I agreed to the price.

The two technicians that came to the residence were great, they did everything they needed to do to replace it. Once they completed replacing the water heater, they called what I assumed is the main office and they spoke to a female there and asked her what she quoted me, once she told them the price, I heard her ask the technician if I was on speaker phone, he said I wasn’t, but I was close enough to him to still hear the conversation between them. At that time, she made a very inappropriate comment, and once the technician was off the phone, I made it clear that I did hear the inappropriate comment and the technician just apologized multiple times.

Very unprofessional to make inappropriate comments, especially for a customer that is paying an extremely marked up price.

This company is a longtime family run business. The ladies in the office have a great customer service experience. The techs are professional and very knowledgeable about their products and services. We plan to be a long term customer with Fred’s and you would be smart to make Fred’s your longtime service as well!!!!

Fred’s called first thing in the morning after leaving a message the night before. The service manager, Nick, was very professional and courteous and so where the two mechanics (one was Chase?) sent to do the job. The price was reasonable and the job was done in a timely manner and saved me a lot of trouble. I highly recommend and will definitely be using Fred’s again for any future plumbing needs I may have.

I have an emergency, and the company actually found time to get someone here to help me. The gentleman that came to help was professional, and very nice.
I appreciated the fact that they responded as quickly as they could.

Both gentlemen were polite, helpful, respectful, and worked quickly. We’ve used Fred’s over the years and have always been pleased with the service received and the work performed.

Came in and knocked out the clogged drain in 15 minutes or less. They even helped clean out all the storage bags under utility sink. 😁 Thanks Fred’s!
