After dealing with another company in the past, and overpaying for repairs, I was dreading having to completely replace my entire system. I am beyond happy with my decision to use Merritt Heating & Air, LLC. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations and were extremely knowledgeable and professional taking into account every little detail to insure proper efficiency. I will be a customer for life and would definitely recommend to everyone I know! Thanks for taking the heat and stress away!!

Jessie was dispatched in the late afternoon. His courtesy call to alert of his arrival plus being on time was on point. He was Knowledgeable in getting the job done. promptly. I do have a question though. Is it possible to program my phone to the Thermostat?
The old one was through my a alarm System and I could ajust it with my phone.
Is this Thermostat a smart Thermostat? I will need help programing it.

Beyond satisfied with the service provided by Merritt. They were quick in diagnosing the issue and setting me up with a quote. My old unit coils were leaking bad and was a le to get me a completely new air handler for a very fair price.
They showed up promptly and within a few hours had it up and running and cleaned up behind themselves.

Highly recommend and will definitely be only using them in the future.

Our AC unit on the second floor went out this morning, and I gave Merritt Heating & Air a call because they came highly recommended in my neighborhood's Facebook group. They also checked on my aunt's heating system this past winter for me. I've spoken with both Nathan and Logan, and they are both customer-centric and super helpful. I'm back - another 5-star service by Merritt! I texted Nathan at 9:00pm the Friday before the 4th of July because our downstairs unit was having issues. We're in the middle of a heat wave here, so I didn't want to wait until Monday. Tanner was here at 9:30am Saturday morning and had us fixed up before 10:00am. Whew! Thanks again, brother!
