Super fast response and very reasonable. In this heat they could have charged premium price because I was in a bind.
Explained exactly what was wrong, what part was needed, showed me the damaged part. HIGHLY recommend!

Just before the heatwave hit, the motor in our attic unit quit working. I called Grossie's A/C and spoke with Kevin. Although he was busy, he made time to come check out why our A/C was not working. He identified the issue quickly and left to find the part that was needed. Unfortunately, there was no part available so he ordered one. Took a few days to arrive but called when it was delivered and immediately came to install. What a life saver!! Super nice, polite and professional and I feel he was very honest with how much it would cost. Never calling another service company. Grossie's A/C & Heating is the best in and around Lafayette.

The Grossies are the kindest and knowledgable men. Father and Son make a great team. Our AC has stopped working several times on weekends , the Grossies came to our rescue. We had a new AC put in a few months ago , the price was the lowest than any other AC company. The Grossies have serviced us for over 15 years. I can leave a key and not worry . Honest , reliable and knowledge ! WOW
