I can't say enough good things about Wayne. If I could give him 10 stars out of 5 I would. We have used him since we purchased our house in Maine and had a lot of issues with other hvac guys charging when they couldn't complete the work etc. The list goes on. He has been a stand up reliable honest person to work with for the last 10 years. He does our cleanings has gotten our furnace running multiple times has helped us replace our chimney and he's installed a central air unit. His prices always best everyone else around and he makes it enjoyable to work with him because he's got a great sense of humor. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed working w/ Dr.Heat&Mr.Cool. Wayne was easy to communicate with, transparent, set crystal clear expectations, he did not try to oversell me, in fact he saved me money. I'm not sure about the quality of the work but I didn't get that far. I called to setup a quote and was told to just call on the day I was available. I don't like doing business like that because everybody forgets or double books. But they obviously don't schedule anything. So I called a couple days before to double check they could come since I had to take time off work. They canceled on the day of, after I left work. However, I explained that we talked weeks in advance and they were able to make it. Just a couple guys and a box truck. I figured they weren't going to be measuring every part of the house and writing a fancy estimate, but they looked inside, looked outside, didn't write anything down, and said they would text me a number in a week. I never got anything even after following up 2 or 3 times.

While waiting for a company to come to our house for over a month. We reached out to Wayne who came that came that same day. He was able to get our heating system up with in an hour. We are so thankful and would recommend him to anyone.

Wayne is the best at what he does and is extremely reliable!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable & professional HVAC guy! 👍

I’d give him no stars if available. He did a no call no show. He made the appointment 6 weeks prior because he said he was very busy. Appointment was July 10,2019. He did a no call no show. I have called/text multiple times and from different numbers just to see if he would answer. No answer back. I waited this long to write a review giving him a chance to reschedule or explain what happened. I was worried and thought he was in the hospital or something. But No answer till this day. Would not recommend to anyone. Not reliable and was a waste of my time.

Wayne is a very honest businessman, does good work, costs are very reasonable, and he has integrity. I recommend him and will rehire him in the future.

Never called back. Highly disappointed.
