I bought a mini split Innovair brand and I had problems since we installed it. The technician came more than 7 times to fix it but he never found the problem.
Every time I called to report it they didn’t help me. They send me to speak every time with different person. They didn’t want to replace the mini split and the problem is from the manufacture. Innovair is the worst company. Bad service. And kingswell didn’t help at all.
If we buy a product we have a guarantee!!!
Stop selling trash!!!

Always top notch service from Kingswell. Counter Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and Helpful. Customer Service Reps are Friendly with each call. Usually they have everything we need in stock... Occasionally, parts have to be ordered, but that is the nature of the industry. They are always clear and give realistic time frames.

Great staff who go above and beyond to help me get the right equipment I need on a daily basis ... I run the hvac division of East coast home services which is my cousins company and kingswell has greatly improved our business they always have what I need and if it's something they don't have they have it shipped in and to me In record time.There prices can't be beat which allows me to pass the savings on to our customers by not high balling our estimates... I highly recommend William E kingswell if your searching for home heating and cooling products

My HVAC contractor installed a NEW Magic-Pak unit purchased from W.E.Kingswell. A valved failed causing short cycle protection of the compressor. Part ordered and took 2 WEEKS to arrive. Fair enough as this business is at the mercy of their supplier.
Finally the day came for the repair. The contractor was unable to pick up the part during business hours and was told the part would be left OUTSIDE in a specific location for Saturday pickup. It was NOT THERE.
I hope the part was not stolen... gulp, not another 2 week wait. I REALLY enjoy using emergency heat... NOT!
Now with the approaching storm, I may have to wait another 5 days for my economical heat pump to actually work.
I know that the part failure was a factory thing so my hope is that this business will talk with MAGIC-PAK and express my quality concern.

In my opinion, MACIC-PAK should reimburse my contractor for his time and expense.
