Hilmer and Alex at Supreme Service Today did an amazing job installing two new A/C and heating units for our townhome! They were extremely professional, very thorough, and their work was exceptional!… They explained the details of their work to me prior to starting, and when they encountered difficulties in my home construction, they always asked for my approval on any deviations from the plan. I’ve also got to give them props for accommodating my special request for running the external piping in an aesthetically pleasing way. While it made their work much more difficult (much respect to Alex for hanging off the top of a 20 foot extension ladder while brazing the copper pipe)… they made it look easy and nice. Thanks guys!!

We had a leaky shower faucet. Justin arrived and was very professional, informative, and thorough. He researched options and presented them for our selection. He then acquired the necessary parts, prepared his work area to minimize any mess during the repair, and cleaned the area after he was finished.

The repair went without problems and we are confident our issue was completely resolved. If we have plumbing problems in the future, we’d be delighted to have him as the technician solve them.

I've been using supreme service today for almost 8 years and overall the service is great and the specialist were very meticulous, informative and not imposing on additional recommendated services. They provide all the reasons for their recommendations so that you are well informed of current and potential future issues. Josh k. Is very respectful, wear shoe covers first thing to respect my property, and announces when he'll be leaving to grab something in his vehicle. He makes sure you know where he is and what's he is doing, full disclosure. I had an an issue with the company is scheduling appointments where they did change my appointment date more than two times, but my last appointment was not changed so maybe their business practice has improved. Scheduling appointments and administrative dept. Is better now, but their technical and specialist dept has always been superb.

This is the second time that John Cee has been to my house. He deserves to be my only plumber from now on, because although he didn't do much work this time he evaluated and told me what was wrong and now I have to work on getting the money to get him back out to do the job. I plan to refer him to others and because he works for you guys then I will refer them to you guys as well. Thank you for having someone that's a good worker like John C.

John C was my plumber to service my water heater. He discovered an issue and helped me figure out the best course of action on how to proceed. I felt that he went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone.

Sean was my service tech, and his performance was outstanding. Not only was he courteous and polite, he really acted as an advocate for us, and found us the best way to repair our problem.

Sean A came out and not only got our AC running again after a couple very hot days, but also diagnosed why it's hadn't really been running right before shutting down. He took all the time that was needed and double-checked everything. Explained all the work in detail, and broke down all the options and pros/cons. We had a lot of uncertainty after a previous call but he got right to the bottom of it, got it running today, and we're going to be fully efficient after one more part arrives in a couple days. Huge props to Sean for doing right by us.

Zack R was very detailed and worked hard to explain everything he found with our air conditioning systems.
We felt very comfortable with him and his work. He gave me time to purchase a filter to put into the system. We want to ask for him for our future service.

Zach was on time, professional and very knowledgeable about our AC system and recommendations to keep it working! I am very impressed and will definitely be using this company again in the future. I can't recommend them enough!

We had a water pump in our attic hvac unit that needed replaced and we needed to have the exhaust hose for the pump properly rerouted to our roof gutter. The team did a fantastic job and were in and out in about two hours. Highly recommend
