I called because our heat wasn't working and was blowing cold air. Gus said he would be there in 30 minutes and was on time. He fixed the issue and didn't try to oversell and over charge us. My husband was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We will definitely have this number on our speed dial. We have used so many other companies in the pass and were not impressed. Thank you Gus for being so prompt and efficient. If my husband is happy with your work, you deserve a great review.

I was referred to Back 2 Basic HVAC to have a new AC installed in my home by a family member and I was so impressed with their level of knowledge and professionalism. Gus checked on us every step of the way and even after our AC replacement he contacted us to ensure the new unit was working properly. Very SATISFIED and HAPY with the service I received from BACK2BASIC. I was introduced to this company 2 years ago. Because of the great service I received then, is the reason why I called them back over 2 weeks ago. My AC was not cooling my home. I called on a Saturday and the technicians were at my home bright and early on Monday morning. They checked it out and informed me of their findings. I immediately made a decision to allow Back2Basic to fixed the problem, which was a major one. The technicians worked all day to install a brand new unit in my home. And I was grateful to the phone call I received the next day to check and asked if I was satisfied with how the AC unit was working; I was very satisfied. Back2Basic HVAC Company’s technicians responds in a very professional manner; and is very knowledgeable in this line of business. I highly recommend this company for any problems you may encounter with your HVAC unit.

My home warranty company recommended them for a HVAC problem I was having at a rental property I own. Back 2 Basic’s was the 3rd company that looked at the problem and the only one that was willing to fix it while working with the home warranty company. This was almost 5 years ago.
I have been using them ever since. I now recommend them to family and friends. They also continue to use them. Gus is very professional and fixes the problems without overcharging like other companies I’ve dealt with.
The only reason I’m still with my current home warranty company is because of Gus and Back 2 Basis.

We got Back 2 Basic HVAC Inc through our home owners insurance to service our oil heater. Weird experience first, didn't trust these guys at all. They did not realize I was home and they were dealing with my wife, but my wife had to leave and when they came to tell me what was wrong, I took a look. First they said the oil filter needed to be replaced and then the belt needed to be replaced. Funny, cause the oil filter AND belt were just replaced under a year ago. I am a contractor myself and checked the belt and it looked brand new except for two places where they clearly cut it!!!! Those cuts were not there a few days before when I checked it.

I was issued this company through my home service to repair a a furnace(Gas) that was not functioning correctly. They claimed the problem was fixed but after a few days we realized that it was not. So after weeks of trying to get them back out(They are completely disorganized) we finally do and they claimed the the issue was something else now and charged another fee. They claimed it was now my thermostat and they replace my new digital one with their piece of crap, then took mine with them!!(My wife was home when all this happened i was at work). My thermo was fully functional and also still under warranty so if it was defective i could have just taken it back to the store! If the thermo was the issue this time then it was the issue the first time as the problem was never resoled the first time! These guys are crooks don't trust them.

I highly recommend Back to Basics HVAC. Gus is always professional polite and very responsive to customer needs. He does excellent and timely installation, maintenance, and repairs

Terrible, will need at least 3+ incidents to occur before your AC unit is repaired. Just locate a new company!!! Unprofessional and horrible service...1 star because it is mandatory.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable and did one outstanding job in getting the cold air working again.
