We called Coolman when our furnace stopped working in the middle of the coldest weather last winter and we had no heat and the big HVAC companies couldn't commit to coming out and it was about 10 below zero. We called on a Sunday and Gene came the next day, fixed our furnace, and didn't upcharge or upsell any unnecessary products or services. Highly recommended!
