My A/C was installed in 2015, and Joyce Heating & Cooling company has been taking care of it ever since. They always work diligently and professionally. Ronald, my maintenance technician, is really kind and constantly goes above and above to keep things cool. I heartily advise using this company!!

The technicians from Joyce Heating & Cooling just finished installing our AC and furnace. They were very professional and were extremely helpful when demonstrating our newly installed equipment. They were very careful to not leave trash in the house and cleaned up everything completely before leaving. Was very impressed. Hands down for you guys!!!!

My furnace went out and I called on the recommendation of one of my neighbors. Even though they were booked solid the owner came out to work on my furnace, he had me up and running and I ended up buying a whole house humidifier and a wireless thermostat that were installed. They have a life long customer in me, and I will recommend to anyone.

Wonderful guys! So glad we hired them. They took care of the house and the surrounding area as they removed the old HVAC and replaced the new one. We now have a super cool house thanks to super cool people. Kudos!

Day 1 the tech called 45 mins after the appointment window to say he was held up and come out the following day. Day 2 the tech is a no call no show. The receptionists couldn’t care less. The manager never called to explain nor apologized. Not waiting for day 3!
