Julius, the plumber, was fantastic. He showed up on time and showed out. After having multiple issues w/ heating my townhouse and hot water, staying hot, through the house, not to mention the multiple people and hours spent looking at this issue. Julius was able to fix my water issue in under an hour without telling me that the water heater was piped wrong. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and told me exactly what he was doing. If I ever have any type of plumbing issues, I’m calling Julius the plumber because he gets the job done. He has my highest recommendation for any of your plumbing needs.

My whole experience with Bel-Air Engineering has been phenomenal! Very professional and very easy when it comes to getting maintenance done or equipment replaced / upgraded. The tech, Julius, was also extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient when he replaced my water heater. Belair installed a new HVAC system in my home yesterday and I must say, I received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE from the very beginning with Brad who came out to my home and gave me a quote. Brad displayed excellent and professional customer service. On the day of installation, Belair arrived on time and Richard C, Miguel Y and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job installing and cleaning up and I am truly happy with my new HVAC system.

Yahoney was excellent. He not only did a detaild check up but he also gave information and explained they systems working and preventive measures. He was friendly and professional. Yahoney gave me information that I did not know and he also exhibited patience while doing so. He is a real asset to your company and his home visit was top notch!

Julius was very knowledgeable and experienced technician. He came and looked at our broken hot water heater and recommended we replace it and gave us the quote and he replaced the hot water heater within 24 hours. Although their prices are high, their service is top notch.

There was a leak coming from the cold inlet line of my water heater. Customer service was able to schedule me for an inspection within a week. An inspector called 30 minutes before he arrived and was quickly able to identify the problem. The job was scheduled 2 days later and within an hour of arriving the problem was fixed! Thank you Julius! You were professional and put my mind completely at ease. If other workers are 50% of what you were Belair Engineering is in great hands

The service techs, including Abe who was here yesterday, are friendly and professional. They get right to work finishing quickly and they are very thorough. It is obvious that they know exactly what has to be done and they do it.
The only complaint I have about Belair is that the company used to contact us when we were due for service. Now we have to contact them and we did not know that. Consequently, we went a year without service. Now that we know the new policy, we put a reminder on our calendar to make an appointment. And, the woman with whom I spoke when I called apologized about us not knowing their policy had changed. You will never go wrong when you have Belair caring for your home.🌝

We have used Belair Engineering for 31 years and do not have a negative comment to make. The last technician, Mark, to service our system was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even gave me some suggestions to help my system run more efficiently. I will be requesting him for all of my future needs and spring/fall maintenance.

My a/c went out. They came out the same day I called and fixed it. The representative who came out was excellent. Very personable and knowledgeable. Very professional. He took the time to explain what he had done and showed pictures to illustrate. I am very happy about the service I got from this company!
