Ken Duval Oil

Called today to schedule a delivery and the gentleman on the phone was far more than helpful, we just brought a new born into the house and needed oil desperately, he said they couldn’t be here till Friday but he gave us some tips on how to keep the heat going till the delivery. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. I didn’t get his name but I owe him far more than a thank you.

That woman you ripped off for 200 dollars has 2 special needs children ,she gets nothing for them, a disabled husband with zero income and gives zero care whos spinning right now and may show up at your office in a manic state ,thats on you if he does,that you took his wife like that who works 2 jobs , shes a staple too in her community itll end poor for you. over 80 hours a week she works from 3am until 10 pm some days and used you multiple times, oh this isnt over. Do the right thing, your technician was there for 10 mins and didnt even put the right filter in, her system went out 10 hours later, show up and give her half her money back fair is fair.

I've been using KDO for 22 years now. Before that I had unreliable service and delivery with other companies. KDO is simply the best.

Ran out of oil overnight because we forgot to order oil… oops. And on the night it snowed! Bill came through with next day (morning) delivery and we set up an automatic delivery system so this never happens again - hallelujah! He was great on the phone, so kind and responsive. Their whole team is wonderful from the people answering phones to the ones delivering oil (Bruce) - Huge fans of Ken Duval Oil!

Had a new incredible heating system installed at my home with new fuel tank today. Early delivery of materials followed by professional technicians that have done a clean and well executed piping of the system. All the workers have shown clear respect and professionalism for our home leaving a clean work area and picturesque heating system. Thank you to Sarah and her team. The operator on the customer service line of things was not. He quite literally hung up on me without even a goodbye- quite rude. I called another local oil provider-much better custoemr service as well as they will they allow me to be billed with a net 30 days to remit payment (vs. Ken Duval who demanded cash on hand). This is a big benefit to the customer

The only stars they get is for their service technician who was friendly and knowledgeable- wish I could give him more credit.

I am writing to express my gratitude to this company. To be honest at the time of my first contact, I ,wasn't, even a customer but I am now.

We heat our home with oil and have an outside tank. Its always something to worry about in the winter because the lines freeze.

My husband got sick and needed to have surgery, naturally my attention was elsewhere so the fact that we were facing two days of freezing weather and me with just a half a tank of oil, well you can guess my panic when I realized the situation.

I had already ordered from ordermyoil.com and they are pretty good at what they do but when I am trying to reach them on Thursday for a Friday fill instead of tuesday...there just wasn.t anyone to talk to. I did send an email, they did reply and said Monday was as good as it could get.

I understand and was talking to a friend who recommended Duval. I wrote an email through the web site. Bill called me in a short amount of time. He said he would come out if I needed but he gave me a couple of solutions and recommendations. This man even gave me his direct number in case his suggestions failed.

I was so impressed. The other company is fine and the prices are good, but when you really need someone...you need someone and the service at Duval is above and beyond. From now on this is the level of service my family needs in our lives
