This morning I woke up with banging in my heating system. I called and Cindy was wonderful with helping to schedule an appointment ASAP. Jared came very promptly and was very helpful in explaining what was happening as well as what needed to be done. He fixed it to keep it working until we can install the new system.
I would highly recommend Martel HVAC, Plumbing, and Heating. They are honest and charge a fair price. Keep up the great work Team Martel!

Martel did a great job installing 5 years ago and handled a repair (mice made a nest) very well. Techs were polite, capable, and efficient. Would recommend for HVAC services.

During one of our coldest spells in New England my heating system stopped working and I desperately needed it repaired. I called Martel, who originally installed the heating system and they responded quickly and professionally. Although the work needed a part to be ordered, it came quickly. And the two repair men were competent, courteous and efficient. And they came out as quickly as possible during this March 2023 snowstorm! I’m very pleased and happy with the service and the quality of the heating system.

Emergency Water Heater Replacement. Our water heater failed and started leaking on Good Friday during lunch. Bill and the Martel team came out immediately and were able to replace it that same day. I work from home, and my office is adjacent to the water heater room. Martel's quick response and excellent service saved not just my basement but my home office as well!

I called Martel due to a no heat situation. The service center took my call an sent the technician, Ben, within an hour. He did a small repair that fixed my heating problem. He was very thorough, professional and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company to my friends.

I work at one of the office buildings that Martel frequently visits throughout the year; anything from handling issues to routine maintenance. On a couple of occasions one of the techs James G. was professional and considerate to those working in the office area. He conveyed professionalism when talking to employees and kept the talk amongst him and his coworkers as well as the noise to a minimum.

I contacted Martel HVAC to replace a defunct humidifying unit in my Yoga studio. Tim was incredibly friendly and informative, came out to my space and talked me through all the possible options. I am not savvy when it comes to this kind of thing, so I always feel a certain level of anxiety when having to navigate this terrain, but Tim really took the time to talk me through all the options and answered all my questions.

He offered two possible solutions for my issue, that had different price points, which I really appreciated. Ultimately, the unit I did decide on was installed in a timely manner and with skill and precision. The unit is exactly what I needed for my space. I'm so grateful to Tim and the Martel team!
