I contacted John and he got back to me almost immediately. I needed a second opinion on furnace and John was able to come out the next day and confirm that in fact I needed a new furnace. We set up a time for installation and three of John’s employees were right on time, pleasant and even were very conscientious about wiping their feet from the snow and rock salt. They cleaned up beautifully and you would never know that a new furnace was installed aside that I have a warm house. I would highly recommend Conway HVAC !

John was very through and informative when he came out to look at our AC unit which was 16 yrs old. He worked with us to find the best unit for our home. His team was quick courteous and did an fantastic job installing our new unit. We are looking forward to being comfortable this summer in our home. I highly recommend Conway heating and Air!!!

Conway heating and air has been our go to for HVAC related needs for the past few years. John is an honest contractor who provides excellent service at a reasonable rate. John was great! When our furnace broke he came out the same day and found the problem. He was great in explaining the issues to us and our different options. John and his team showed up on time and worked hard to be sure we had heat that night! They were professional, clean and great sports when it came to our crazy pup! I called for a furnace tune up, and because our system had shut down power twice in the previous few days. John was able to come by the next day, did the tune up, checked for problems, and was very willing to explain things and answer my questions along the way. His rate was quite reasonable. We also talked about future plans for the system which is nearing end of life although I was glad to hear John thinks it’s still in good shape. He had some good suggestions for options to consider. By the way, the furnace has behaved itself since then. I will certainly be calling Conway HVAC next time.
