Carl came over the day I called to check on the issue with the fan motor. He figured out it was the Capacitor and replaced it on the spot. Very honest guy. Will use him again next time I need any service.

We have a 5 year old oil burning furnace. We lost hot water one day and I called around looking for a reputable, but reasonable company to fix it, and fast!! After calling a few different companies, I tried Wright-Choice. I spoke with Carl and he asked me a couple of questions about our problem. I could tell that he knew what he was talking about. He arrived, was very professional, and knowledgable about our furnace, had the part, and repaired it before we ate supper. Ended up being a mixing valve, and very reasonable at that. I did not feel taken advantage of, so we scheduled a time for him to return to clean our unit which we wanted to have done because it had only been cleaned once. He returned as promised, cleaned the unit and explained about our system up, and said that an annual cleaning was sufficient, usually best done before the cold season. He said that since he had just done it (June), we could wait until next winter. He also took the time to look at our 20 yr old central air unit which we will have him return, to simply add Freon to. Highly recommended. We will hire him from now on. Also does installations

Wright diagnosed and serviced a furnace issue for me. He was knowledgeable, nice, and was very fair with pricing. After calling around to multiple well reviewed companies for bids, I'm confident I made the Wright Choice. Also, he came late in the day when others woudn't. Highly recommended
