Stay clear! They are completely dishonest, shady, and incompetent. Tried hard to sell me a $200 thermostat when there was nothing wrong with the one I had. They "forgot" to turn the compressor back on and told me my thermostat was causing the blower to blow warm air. The owner is a crook, and his crews are incompetent.

Initially. a different company (not JW) came in to look at the issue we had with our AC system and told us that we needed a brand new system altogether, as there was no fix available, and that the cost would be $6,000.00. I then contacted Josh at JW based on the excellent reviews he was receiving. His team came out and they saw that the issue was simply replacing the capacitor for the unit and reconnecting the wiring properly. The cost was $200. I am writing this review not only because of his professionalism throughout but because of his honesty. Our family was relieved and thrilled to say the least. Thank you Josh at JW Heating. RC

JW Heating & AC is a fantastic company! Due to my heating and AC systems being very old and needing replacement (one system died), Josh came out less than 24 hours of my call to assess the job and provide an estimate. The estimate from JW to replace two heat and AC systems with high efficiency systems was very reasonable and lower than other estimates I had received. Throughout the process, Josh and his team were very professional, responsive to my questions, and communicated with me daily to keep me updated on the project status. The installation team arrived each day on time and did a great job installing the new equipment. Upon project completion, the installation team cleaned up thoroughly and reviewed with me the work they performed and how the new systems operate. I highly recommend Josh/JW Heating & AC and will continue to have Josh and his team service my heating and AC systems.

We chose JW Heating & AC based on recommendations and referrals, and we were not disappointed. Josh and the team are fantastic to work with, provided knowledgeable advice and friendly service, and were significantly less expensive than our other quotes. We had our entire heat and hot water system replaced, and added AC, and they completed the job in just over a week. We were able to use the Mass Save loan program, and qualified for several rebates. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would recommend JW to anyone!

I had a great experience with JW Heating & AC. I had central AC installed in my home. Josh is the owner and his crew did a great job with the installation. Josh is very responsive and communicates well. His crew was polite and cleaned up well after the installation. Now my house is nice and cool.

I received a panicked call from my daughter about water dripping from the ceiling. I called JW Heating & AC & they were at my house fixing a clog in the drain pipe for the AC within a half hour. So impressed with their promptness, courtesy, customer service & the ability to fix my problem so quickly!! I will definitely use them again & highly recommend you do too!!

JW Heating & A/C just finished a rather large project on my home - Installing central a/c, duct replacement and installing a mini split on our addition. All of this was completed based on the timeline Josh promised and there were no "surprises." From the initial visit, Josh was straight forward and had an overall pleasant demeanor. I did my due diligence and saw three different companies for this hefty task, and I'm happy to say I'm 100% certain I made the right choice with JW Heating & A/C. The guys here were professional and respectful of our home. They worked hard and stayed until the job was done. It's not easy having people in your home for several days when you have two toddlers and a crazy dog, but they managed and I'm so grateful for our fantastic air conditioning! I highly recommend JW not only for their product and installation, but for their customer service. We are happy clients and urge you to call them! They won't disappoint.

Called and received same day quality service! They texted regularly to keep me posted on when they would be arriving. They had the necessary parts in their truck to resolve the issue with my central air. Technicians were polite and transparent on the issues they saw and didn't waste any time with the resolution.

Josh and the guys at JW Heating & A/C installed new heating/central air systems in our house a few years back. It was the best decision we've ever made. The work was completed on time and a under budget (when does that ever happen??). I found them to be courteous, professional and best of all clean :)
