This company is Excellent!!! They truly believe in quality and ethical service over profits. I had the exact opposite experience with another contractor who did the install of our new AC system. It was not properly installed and had many issues. We called numerous other companies to try to get our issues resolved. Including the Factory service advisors as well. Until we called Seashore, no one was willing to get involved to diagnose and repair our system. I'm very thankful for the professional help and friendly and timely service we received. I strongly recommend Seashore. As a contractor myself, I understand the reluctance of other companies to get involved in a situation like this. Seashore had the necessary skills, knowledge, and professionalism to correct our problems. Thanks again for helping turn a nightmare situation around and fixing our system.

We decided to install heat pumps and to replace 2 furnaces in our home. We are so glad we selected Seashore Comfort Solutions because they did everything right - starting with a contract which spelled out the work to be done and the costs. This project needed HVAC workers, plumber, and electrician. All the material and labor were coordinated by Seashore Comfort Solutions. All town permits and inspections were arranged by Seashore. All qualifying rebates were completed and submitted by Seashore. They also registered all equipment on-line for us. Every day our house and yard were left clean and clear. Workers were polite and respectful of our home and property. The quality of the work was excellent.
The owner Rich answered all our questions and explained everything to us. We were kept apprised of any delay or changes. We could not have had a better experience – this was a major project. Rich left his card with us to call him anytime with any question. We feel that this company stands by its work, and we recommend them unconditionally.

Nick was extremely knowledgeable and kind with my father, especially after it was determined to be a user error on our part! He gave our equipment an overall check and even stayed a bit to make sure it continued working properly. I called at 8:30 this morning and they had someone here by 11:30. I'm so appreciative that they could squeeze us in! Thank you!

Seashore Comfort Solutions did an amazing job on our 6 head ductless install. The team was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the 3 day install. They also cleaned up well at the end and ensured I was trained on how to use the system before they departed. We are extremely pleased with their services!

We just had a Mitsubishi Mini-split system installed by Nick and Dave.
They were friendly, professional, and very informative. They were efficient and very neat. Once they left, we wouldn't have known they were even here, except of course, that we had a new AC unit and it was about 87 degrees that day, so we were very happy. I would highly recommend Seashore Comfort Solutions.

This was among the best experiences I have had with any third-party contractor, period. We did an expensive central A/C replacement. Seashore Comfort was knowledgeable, responsive, professional and technically proficient. We needed a 20-year old A/C unit replaced. I called four area HVAC specialists and almost didn't call Seashore because they had relatively few online reviews (although the ones they did have were positive). Turns out the company was started relatively recently by a veteran tech and his wife, who worked locally for a couple of decades. Every aspect of this project was impressive - from the front-office communication to the quoting process to the technical description of what are options were to the quality and craftsmanship of the install. Furthermore, I _almost_ went with a different quote from the local "giant" and that would have been a huge mistake. It took quite a bit of technical research and education on my part but what that company was proposing would not have been the best choice of solution for our application. That would have been a costly, long-term mistake. So, in short, this is a scrappy young company with the all the benefit of experience of a much older company. Proceed without reservation.

We own a home in Gloucester that we rent out during the high season. During the hottest week of the summer, two of our central A/C units broke down and we needed to replace them fast. Sarah sent out someone from their team the next day to do a diagnostic, and we ended up replacing the two units within days of that first visit. Every time I called the office, someone answered. When the units were installed, the tech called me about the wall mount placement and then again to tell me they were leaving.
