Did great work for us on several projects. Both big (new ac) and small (new toilets), we were treated well, efficiently, and honestly. Our new air conditioner has performed perfectly. The toilets are above efficiency state standards.
Follow up six+ months later has been just as professional.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Called this afternoon for a leaking water heater that ruined our kitchen while we were on vacation. Joel came out personally, ASAP, to disconnect it so our insurance company could continue work in removing our cabinetry the following morning. Cannot day enough great things about Tognarelli! These guys installed 2 oil furnaces and 2 A/C units on my multi-family in Belchertown. They perfectly matched the old duct work to the new furnace with some custom sheet metal. Everything was installed in a professional manner - clean, plumb and up to code. The brands and models they recommended are energy efficient and running great!

The worst company I've ever had work in my house. Spent $8000 for a new Rinnai propane furnace, heat & hot water. It has never worked properly.
I've spent thousands more trying to fix it. What a piece of junk. They had bad attitude and kept charging us for repairs even though it never worked properly.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and nobody showed up during the scheduled time. I called to find out what the situation was and the receptionist told me she forgot to put me in. Made another appointment for the next day and again nobody shows up. I call back and they tell me they had to extend the window because "stuff doesn't always go according to plan" without a phone call or anything to let me know in advance. Horrible customer service.

Very prompt service. Tech was clean, courteous and knowledgeable. I have a Buderus and I've learned that they're not easy manage (Dead River couldn't be bothered)

Estimated no more than 3 hours on a simple plumbing job. My surprise to find that the job took 4.5 hours. Would not recommend calling them unless you want to flush your money down the toilet!
