Climate Zone

We hired Climate Zone to replace our entire HVAC system, including the furnace, central AC, thermostat, etc. It wasn't cheap. We went for one of their top-of-the-line systems. As you can see from the photos, the installation wasn't exactly done in a professional-looking manner. They're supposed to put insulation/wrapping around the ductwork coming out of the furnace, but they did not. Despite the disappointment at how the work turned out, we knew we had to have it regularly serviced in order to keep the warranty valid. So, for the past few years, we've had them do fall and spring maintenance appointments. Well, this most recent appointment resulted in them breaking our smart hub that connects the thermostat to the furnace. Immediately prior to their technician looking at the system, it was working just fine! Rather than own up to it and replace the smart hub, they quoted us $750 to replace it. After shopping around at other Lennox dealers, I found it could be replaced much cheaper (one competing quote came out to $450).

Brent was very courteous, professional, and prompt. He installed a replacement water tank and left the work area very clean and tidy. Though i hired Climate Zone through Home Depot, i would certainly do business with them directly any time i need plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. I had Climate Zone install A/C splitters. They were here on time. They went over with me the places they would install. The supervisor stayed on the job till after 6 so they would be done. Then the supervisor came in and went over how to use the remotes and asked if I had any questions before leaving. They cleaned up after they finished. I have had numerous contractors work on my house. No one was more professional. It was the best experience I have ever had. They were awesome hard workers. I was so happy with the job. Do not hesitate to call them for a job. They really were the best contractors I have ever hired.

Climate Zone installed a new Mitsubishi unit into our addition last year. After carefully consideration, we selected them to both provide and install our system. We are very pleased with both the unit and the service overall. We just completed our annual maintenance and were more than happy with your technician named Lowell. He was patient, professional and took the time to explain the system to each of us. Keep up the good work! We will be sure to refer Climate Zone to our friends.

Has been a year since we got the mini splits installed. And there’s already mold building up behind it because the pipes weren’t placed properly and have caused a leak and damage to my home. This is just one. We have 4 others that had to have all the lines replaced within the first month and now we find this. Completely unsatisfied especially considering the money you pay for them to do the work half way. Would never recommend this company.

Tenzzing not only fixed my problem quickly he was professional, efficient and thorough. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in his service work.

About 5 months ago we finally decided to get a mini split system after the hot summers. We no longer wanted to deal with the heat. I received a flyer in the mail from Climate zone and gave them a call. We ended up getting 3 estimates. Climatezone gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. One of the biggest reasons I picked them was the salesman who came out for the estimate. He was very professional and seemed to understand what I wanted. Shane and Shawn were very knowledgeable.
The installers were very respectful knowledgeable and professional. James Cam Aiden and Eric did an excellent job. They communicated with us what they were doing at all times. The system works great and we are so glad we got it. I would highly recommend Climatezone.

I recently had a problem with my system and Gio came out to take a look at it. Turns out there was no problem with the system more or less something that we had done. But he fixed it and it is running great. Gio was very respectful and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the system.

Tony and Jeo were efficient and great. Know what they are doing and very professional!! Definitely will be using their services again! Hard to find reliable ductless a/c workers that actually know what they are doing!! Went through 3 companies in past. . Never got cleaned right. Super happy!! Thank u

Jeovanii & his team help us figure out the problem with your 2 mini-split devices. They explained everything really well & the cost associated with it. Both splits are running perfectly now & we know what the problem was. The team was super nice & our pets loved them :-). Will definitely use again in the future, may want to add another mini-split.
