Braintree Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.

We have used Braintree Heating & Air Conditioning both for our store and at our home. Andrew, the owner, set up all the details in both cases, adjusted for problems encountered during our commercial installation as a result of changes requested by Boston Inspectors, has come when we've had an issue, and completed our home air conditioning installation as well. At our home his team was on time, neat, organized & everything was done as we requested. We've referred him to several other people who feel the same way about his work.

I wish I could give them zero stars.

DO NOT USE THEM if you are having issues with your AC. I bought a brand new house in 2010, with a central air system that had been installed by Braintree Heating and AC, and I have had issues with our AC unit EVERY SINGLE YEAR since. They come and "fix" the problem, but inevitably there is another issue the following summer. The unit is under warranty and despite the constant problems, they have not offered to replace it.

Air conditioning unit freezes all the time. I've tried calling to get it fixed, but they say nothing's wrong with it. This time I've called for the last few weeks and they won't even return my calls!
