Air Doctor (of Middleboro, MA) provided us with a professional installation experience and at the best submitted bid. Jonathan (Company representative) was extremely informative and user-friendly. Our new central air/hi-efficiency furnace was put in place and active in less than two days. They rerouted ductwork and replaced some with larger diameter ducts to create a balanced flow of air throughout our home.
Our first night experience with our new AC system was comfortable and quiet and felt luxurious.
The staff, Chris and Jake (and electrician, Mike) were very polite and knew what they were doing.
We are very pleased with our decision to go with Air Doctor.

The crew from Air Doctor installed two mini splits on my home's first floor and a ducted system over the second floor with an outdoor condenser servicing the whole installation. They were total professionals and even finished ahead of schedule. Kudos to Chris & Brandon for their hard work during some extremely hot weather and to Jonathan for overseeing every detail. The service was extraordinary. After completion you would have sworn the new work came with the original construction. Completely seamless and no mess left behind. I absolutely recommend them.

I have been using Air Doctor for several years now. They are my go-to company for any heating or air conditioning issues. Jonathan is highly professional and they have always given me the most reasonable quotes. I also love that they are great at communicating by email and you can even pay them online. I have used them to replace my heating system (3 years ago) and AC (this summer) and have had no issues at all. When I did my heating system they explained how to get the Mass Save loan and also did all the rebate paperwork for me.
I highly recommend them.

Called on a Sunday with no heat , got a return call from Paul who said he would get Eric out. Eric came , diagnosed and fixed the problem . Even said he would lock up as I recently got out of hospital . Highly recommend and will sign up for their maintenance program

System was properly engineered, expertly installed in a challenging home, and the job was professionally managed from start to finish! Crew was fantastic (knowledgeable, hard working and took care to keep the work areas clean).This is a great company!

Air Doctor, Inc. of Carver, MA completed a 16 SEER A/C installation in the fall of 2018. Jonathan was the lead man who sized the Trane system for our colonial home. The interior duct work was installed when the house was built 21 years ago. Due to this Jonathan was faced with a few challenges that included an existing copper pipe for the coolant. Jonathan and the crew showed up as scheduled. The project was completed on time. Johnathan addressed some requested attic duct changes and figured a way to address the existing copper pipe problem.
The crew were polite and tidy. Each day they put down tarps to protect our flooring and cleaned up. The duct work was mostly installed around the perimeter of the attic and Jonathan implemented some requested changes regarding some duct runs so that my wife could have better access for all of her storage (there were no extra charges). My wife and I appreciated Jonathan's expertise and could not be happier with the install and price. Although we have yet to use the system we look forward to cleaner air quality and a more comfortable home environment.

Our air conditioner quit working the day before father's day and Jonathan came out on father's day to fix it. We explained to him why it was so important for the air conditioner to be fixed and working before that Monday and Jonathan did everything he could to fix it. Jonathan was very professional and I am so happy to report that he got the job done!! This is the second time we have used Air Doctor and we would recommend them to anyone needing heat or air conditioning work done.

We have used Air Doctor in the past and we were very happy with their prompt service and professionalism. Our A/C stopped working and our NEST thermostat would not work. I called Air Doctor late yesterday afternoon and they actually apologized for not having a tech available to get to my house last night but would have one first thing today. Eric arrived on time ( mask included ) 😷 he checked outside unit as well as basement system and thermostat. The system was fine but Eric was able to diagnose the problem and found that the NEST thermostat was the issue. I can’t say enough about the professional way this guy conducted himself. I won’t use anyone else but I’ll hr Air Doctor

The best time for an AC unit to drop out is during a heat wave, that’s exactly what happened to mine. Having no prior experience with Air Doctor, I was referred to them by my local contractor. They came out the next day and diagnosed my system, they checked everything from refrigerant level which ended up needing to be topped off, electrical systems, and checked for leaks. After we were 99% confident we knew what the problem was which was a bad fan motor they gave me a quick verbal quote and a lead time of 1-2 days. The quote was well within reason and the lead time was no issue. Once they got the part they came back out, installed, hung out for a bit to ensure it was running smoothly and wrote up the bill, the final bill which was spot on with the verbal quote was more than reasonable and competitive. Overall I was very satisfied with their response during a heat wave and to get me back up and running in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company, they offer great service at a competitive rate.
