I write this as a service to all consumers. I trusted this company and used them for many years. I was recently taken for over 7K for a repair that was not needed. Please, please, learn from my mistake and always secure second and third opinions. That was my bad for not doing that as I usually do. I had a dying pet and other issues going on. As a woman, I suppose I am a perfect target. Be careful out there.

I had a gas smell and contacted National Grid they had to shut off my furnace (less than 4 years old) due to output readings.

Contacted furnace manufacturer who suggested finding vendor on website certified vendors.

Contacted Callahan who was able to come out that day. Very professional and also explained why there was rust in my unit.

Signing up for their annual maintenance plan.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Callahan. After dealing with a lemon of a furnace for the past two years, the technician Nick, was able to succeed where other technicians could not.
