O'Connell Oil is fantastic! I had converted from oil to gas and didn't know they service gas as well. Unfortunately, I reached out to a local company, Fontaine Heating and they completed a service, but failed to bleed the system, so my heat wouldn't come on. When I called Fontaine they wanted to charge me again ($100) and refused to even look at it to see if there was a simple solution. Well, I ended up calling O'Connell and the tech and manager came to my home and took care of it for me - it was caused by Fontiaine not bleeding the system (simple)! I want to thank the team at O'Connell for just being decent and caring for your customer...I will never go anywhere else!

The Receptionist was very helpful and said that if I was flexible on the arrival time they would fit me in on the next business day.
The Technician, Ken, arrived as expected and was very polite and professsional.
He identified the problem and said he would oil the motor and that would probably take care of the problem. He was correct!
If you need a Plumber, Heating or Air Conditioning Technician I highly recommend O'Connell's.
If you have any Air Conditioning, Plumbing or Heating issues call O'Connell's you will not be dissapointed.

Of course kitchen drain not draining day before Thanksgiving. Jim managed an appointment for us with his already full schedule. Will always be grateful for their service.
