ABC-AIR Heating and Cooling

This year I had finally decided to pull the plug on getting central A/C installed. We ended up going with a heat pump system which allowed us to have central air installed and a back-up heating system, should our current system ever fail, or the cost to run the heat pump is cheaper. We have the option, which was important to me even though the main reason for this install was to eliminate the use of window A/C units. I had reached out to another company prior to coming across ABC-Air for a quote and was surprised by how much more expensive the other company was for a downgraded system. Brandon came in at the most reasonable price and I am very very veryyyyyy pleased with the work provided by ABC-AIR Heating & Cooling. I have a top of line, Mitsubishi Comfort System. Brandon and his guys were great. They were courteous and respectful and they even finished a day early. They were always on time and would let me know if they were leaving for lunch and when they were finishing up. I am so happy with my new system and it is working beautifully. My home is so much more comfortable now. Should I need any more work done in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to Brandon & his team. I cannot say enough good things about them. 11/10 would recommend.

Brandon Allard and his team did a great job installing my new heat pumps. Finished a day early and was very professional with everything. I highly recommend this company.

Cody was excellent. Arrived 15 minutes early, walked through what he was doing while cleaning and inspecting both blowers & condensers. Also familiar with our Heating system, which is a plus.

We have moved 3 times in the last 5 years & all 3 needed new systems. So I think we are qualified to say we know good work. We had 2 mini split systems installed. Our house has no attic, no basement and concrete block walls. Brandon planned everything out with his electrician. Since we were not your simple install Brandon brought his electrician to the house to confirm where it would be possible to hide the wiring etc. They came on the 15th just as Brandon said and the job went perfectly. The Mini Splits work great and very quiet.

Cody was thorough and did not miss anything (thankfully because it is mid July and we were dying). His answers were transparent and honest and most importantly his level of patience is very high, as we are not pros on these matters.

After experiencing a big loss in efficiency of our HVAC system a year after we bought our home I went through 4 different companies before I found ABC-AIR and was glad when I did. They were willing to do the work that none of the other companies had done and they were great at explaining the issues and what they planned to do to address it. In 2 days they had installed a new high-efficiency furnace, replaced our AC compressor with a heat pump, added smart thermostats, repaired out leaky existing air ducts, and installed an additional return duct.

The additions and improvements they made were instantly felt last winter and just this summer we were reminded of their good work again as our new AC system began running. With the new setup we get great air flow and the system is able to heat / cool the house in a small amount of time.

We were very happy with the work of ABC-AIR and their help with filling the MassSave rebates that we were eligible for.

We were looking to install central A/C to our home. Brandon was the only contractor that offered (2) options (traditional A/C install and a heat pump system). The heat pump system, after MassSave incentives, was $400-$500 more, but for that additional money, we now have a forced hot air system to backup our oil fired/forced hot water heating system, should it ever fail. Or, we have the option to use this new heat system should oil prices be more expensive than electric. Having an option was the difference. Brandon and his crew were very easy to work with, and he offers local service. My new system is Wifi capable, programmable thermostats, by zone, and we've installed the app on our cell phones and tablets, so we can monitor temperatures remotely. I highly recommend Brandon, his crew and his company.

In the past 3 years Brandon at ABC has installed a new central air system in my home and most recently replaced my 45 year old original furnace. I was so pleased with their work, I had them replace the boiler and all the baseboard heaters at my mothers house as well.

Very pleased with the quick service, fast call backs and it was always left cleaner in the work area than they had found it!

ABC Air is the best around. Brandon is knowledgable, professional and responsive. When I bought my house, the heating system consisted of an an old oil tank and an old and broken down furnace that was taking up space in the kitchen. I hired ABC Air to redo my whole heating system, changing from oil to propane. Brandon installed all new duct work, a new furnace (now in the attic!) and added a heat pump and central air conditioning. Things have been wonderful ever since. Brandon stands by his work and takes pride in it. I highly recommend ABC Air!
