Adam was right on time and very professional. He answered all of our questions, and we had many, and he was just so kind and understanding. As first time home owners there's so much we don't understand about our house. It was great having someone to patiently explain things to us. By the time he left our house was cooling nicely and we had a plan for future repairs. Thanks Adam.

From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Being able to make a same day appointment online was super helpful. I appreciated the call and text I received to let me know Nathan was on his way (loved getting his photo in the text so I knew who to expect). Nathan was great- we talked about what was going on and he took it from there. He kept me updated on how things were going and did a great job explaining it to someone with no idea about anything HVAC. My problem was fixed quickly and thankfully I now have plans to continue with routine maintenance to keep things in order. I have to change my review of HD Air because they've been unable to help me with the significant rebate that Mass Save provides when a new furnace is installed. The maximum rebate can only be had if Mass Save first verifies the existence of an old furnace. This was never made know to me by HD Air. I am entitled to a smaller rebate but again, HD Air is of no help. Is it possible HD Air received the rebate? Before hiring a company to install your furnace, be sure the rebate is discussed.

If you want to be lied to, you picked the right company. I had a terrible experience. And I am having a terrible experience with customer service to resolve my issue as well. I was told by a technician that I had a crack in my furnace. But when I reached out for a second opinion by another company it was explained to me that it might not be a crack. Could just be lighting. And that the only way to know for sure is to open it up or test for a carbon monoxide leak. When my husband and I reached out to Hurley and David for a quote on a new furnace and expressed our concerns that it might not actually have a crack, I was promised by a man named Bill that I could come down after my new unit was installed and someone would open up my old unit to show me that there was a crack. And if there was not a crack that the new furnace was free. The new unit was installed and I have been struggling to get a whole of someone to let me see the old unit and verify the crack. So it’s possible I’m out thousands of dollars over replacing a unit that was never broken.

Called today for an appointment to have my heating system evaluated, They set me up with Jorge for evaluation and Brandon MacPherson for the sale of a new heating unit. Both we're knowledgeable and efficient. The new unit is set up for installation in only a few days. Great financial terms. Nice deal. For the service I have received so far, i would highly recommend us9ng Hurley & David. .....more to come after the installation.

The installation was completed in one day by a great team of professionals. Everything was clean after the process, the new unit was well labeled, and the trash was totally removed. Could not have asked for anything more. Great job!
